Inner-party political culture is the soul of inner-party political life and has a subtle influence on inner-party political ecology.For a long time,under the encouragement,guidance and restriction of the active and healthy inner-party political culture,the political life of the CPC has been serious and standardized on the whole,and the inner-party political ecology has been developing healthily on the whole.However,since a period of time,some prominent problems have appeared in the political life within the party,and the political ecology within the party has been polluted to a certain extent.It is urgent to fundamentally purify the "soul" of the political culture within the party.At the 19 th CPC national congress,"develop a positive and healthy Inner-party political culture " was written into the party constitution as an important part of the general requirements for party construction,and the political requirements for strengthening the construction of political culture within the party were put forward to the whole party,which promoted the in-depth development of theoretical research and construction practice of political culture within the party.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of political culture within the party is not only a major theoretical problem in the current theoretical study of party construction,but also an urgent practical problem in promoting the comprehensive and strict governance of the party.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part elaborates the reason of the topic selection and research significance of this paper,and systematically summarizes the domestic and foreign academic research status of the political culture within the CPC.This paper defines the concept of inner-party political culture from the perspective of Marxist party construction theory and clarifies its relationship with related concepts.This paper clarifies the research ideas and research methods,and determines the research emphases,difficulties and quasi-innovative points,which lays a foundation for the development of the text.The first chapter studies the basic theory of inner-party political culture,aiming to answer "what is inner-party political culture".The article holds that the core of inner-party political culture is the Shared values of party members,which is mainly construction a "positive and healthy" inner-party political culture from the perspectives of concept,behavior and system.From the perspective of concept,it reflects the positive and healthy attitude by adhering to the dialectical materialist world outlook,establishing the outlook on life of communists and carrying forward the values of communists.From the perspective of behavior,it is clear to take the unity of knowing and doing as the guiding principle of inner-party behavior construction,to standardize consciousness as the basic requirement of inner-party behavior construction,and to set an example for the ideal pursuit of inner-party behavior construction.From the perspective of system,it reflects the positive health through the scientific system design,the system to ensure the
