This paper makes a study on“Khingan army”of Manchukuo mainly focuses on the establishment and management control system,as well as the related education on Khingan provinces garrison army of Manchukuo.After the " Manchurian Incident”,Japanese military quickly took over the "Inner Mongolian Autonomous Army" and set-up the Khingan south province garrison army after the rectification and reforming,which is the first military of Khingan four provinces(or Xing’an four provinces).With the occupation of the northeast of China,Khingan four provinces of Manchukuo have basically been established and Kwantung army has basically copied the steps for establishing the forces in Khingan south province,the provincial garrisons have been established in North Khingan,East Khingan and West Khingan province severally,and then a set of strict rules and regulations has been drawn up for the provincial garrisons.In addition,as a necessary part of the overall operation of the armed forces,the Khingan Military School has been set up.The establishment of the school has also filled the gap of the Khingan army reserve personnel training.And on top of that,Japan carried out the control work on organizational structure and political thought,and formed a set of operational mechanisms for the management and control of puppet forces,reserve forces and organizational thoughts,further and further strengthened their colonial rule over the four provinces of Khingan,Manchukuo.This thesis consists of five parts:Introduction,text,conclusion,reference and appendix.The introduction introduces the significance of the topic selection,basic historical materials,domestic and foreign research,innovation,research method and difficulties.The conclusion summarizes the full text and main point of view.The body of this paper is composed of four chapters.The first chapter is about the establishment of garrison army of Khingan south and north province,mainly discusses the process of the establishment and reorganization of the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Army",and systematically studies the establishment of Khingan south province garrison army(the establishment of Cavalry Regiment,Machine Gun Company and Artillery Comopany),standardization and division of labor among different branches of the armed forces,distribution of arms,management of outgoings and other rules and regulations,as well as the establishment of the Khingan east(or east Xing’an)province garrison army and related regulations and management systems.The second chapter mainly discusses the establishment process and regulation management system of Khingan north province and west province,and compares the two to find out their similarities and differences.The third chapter is the related education research of Khingan army.This chapter tries to restore the whole picture of Khingan Military School which has three functions of teaching,research and military reserve.In addition,this chapter also uses the method of comparative study to discuss the Mongolian,Japanese and Chinese versions of the Cavalry Teaching Book,which is one of the Khingan Military School’s teaching books,and put forward own views abouy the book’ position in the history of Inner Mongolia Cavalry.The Fourth Chapter mainly discusses the Japanese control over the Khingan army,that is,through the consultant system of the Khingan army’s organizational structure and the strict control of its political ideology.The appendix is a chronology of the Khingan army,which is a display of the war affairs of the Khingan army.In addition,the original Japanese and Mongolian versions of the reports,military songs and poems mentioned in the Fourth Chapter of the text are attached,which is helpful for a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of military propaganda and military feedback in the colonial context.
