| Objective: By collecting and sorting out Professor Huang Ronghuo’s works and academic papers,this paper studies the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical acupoint matching and acupuncture manipulation,and summarizes the clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion.By systematically sorting out Professor Huang Ronghuo’s medical cases of acupuncture and moxibustion,using data mining related software to calculate and analyze the frequency of acupuncture and moxibustion points and other items,summarize academic experience and clinical characteristics,provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to improve the clinical level of acupuncture and moxibustion.The study of Huang Ronghuo’s acupuncture experience and characteristics of acupuncture is conducive to enriching the relevant content of Bagui Medicine and expanding the influence of Bagui Medicine.We will promote the development of the clinical experience of famous old TCM practitioners of Guangxi School.Methods: This study sorted out Huang Ronghu’s books,academic papers and medical cases by searching CNKI,library,duxiu.com and other databases and interviewing academic heirs.With the traditional literature research method as the main method and the data mining technology as the auxiliary research method,the standard acupuncture and moxibustion medical cases were sorted out,and the database was established after the standardized input of medical case information.Microsoft Office Excel 2019 software was used for frequency analysis,and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software was used.Apriori algorithm based on association rules is used to calculate association rules.This paper analyzes the frequency and combination rules of acupoints in Huang Ronghuo’s clinical acupuncture and moxibustion cases,and combines the results of data analysis with literature research and theoretical research to summarize the clinical acupoints matching rules and clinical experience of Huang Ronghuo’s acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:(1)The medical records of Huang Ronghu cover all ages.Generally speaking,there are two peaks,mainly young adults and children.(2)A total of173 cases of Huang Ronghuo’s acupuncture and moxibustion medical cases were collected in this study,including 90 cases of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion,66 cases of Seven-character Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and 17 cases of Mingming Old Traditional Chinese Medicine of Guangxi School.Among them,there were 23 cases of spleen and stomach disease,18 cases of gynaecology,23 cases of pediatrics and 15 cases of neurology.(3)Among the 173 cases,124 kinds of diseases were involved,among which there were 6 cases of zomania.The most frequent diseases were zomania,constipation,epigastric pain,cough,hypertension and rubella,the frequency of which was more than 2.3%.The second is diarrhea,ascites,leaky,malnutrition,migraine,the frequency of which is 1.7%.(4)A total of182 acupoints were used in 173 cases of Huang Lao.Among the frequency analysis of single acupoints,Zusanli was used the most frequently,up to 49%.Acupoints with higher frequency were Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Dazhui,Quchi,Shenshu and Fengchi,the frequencies of which were all above 15%.The following diseases with a frequency of more than 10% were Neiguan,Qihai,Guanyuan,Pishu,Zhongwan,Yanglingquan and Feishu.(5)The association rules were applied to calculate the results of 182 acupoints in 173 medical cases,and the support degree was set to 5% and the confidence degree was set to 70%.A total of 40 association groups were obtained,among which there were 14 binomial association groups in the acupoint second-order association group,23 binomial association groups in the acupoint third-order association group,and 3 binomial association groups in the acupoint fourth-order association group.According to the reverse order of confidence,the association groups with the highest confidence of 92.857% and support of8.092% were Guanyuan,Shenyu and Sanyinjiao,while Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao and Shenshu had the same confidence and support with the former,and the improvement degree was 4.725%.According to the reverse order of confidence,the associated groups with high confidence were Weiyu and Zusanli,Pishu,Sanyinjiao and Shenshu,Xuehai,Fengchi Hegu,Xuehai,Quchi Hegu,Pishu and Zusanli,etc.(6)According to the data calculation results of association rules,the academic experience of Huang Lao is summarized as follows: attaching importance to the spleen and stomach,giving priority to stomach qi;Xuanyang and Yin,the masters of the Yang vein;At the intersection of three Yin,the liver,spleen and kidney are in tune with each other;Soothing liver and regulating qi can cure difficulties.In addition,Huang believes that the key to the effectiveness of acupuncture lies in acupuncture techniques,and the three commonly used acupuncture techniques are single needling,gyratory technique and bird pecking technique.Huang Lao also summed up the eight methods of acupuncture for treating diseases,including sweating,vomiting,lowering,harmonizing,warming,clearing,eliminating and filling.The effect of the eight methods could be achieved by using the single prick,gyratory and pecking techniques flexiblely.Conclusion(s): Through the traditional literature research and data analysis of Professor Huang Ronghuo’s works and the medical cases of acupuncture and moxibustion,Huang Lao accepted the outstanding achievements of modern medicine,applied to the west in his heart,sought the foundation of scholarship,and couragously explored the essence of acupuncture and moxibustion and meridians.His spirit is worth learning.Huang Lao is good at summarizing clinical experience,compiling the seven-character classics,holding the simple control over the complex,and bringing out the new meaning of Qihuang.Academic experience is based on Yin and Yang,and attaches importance to harmonizing the relationship between Yin and Yang and human Qi and blood.Acupuncture technique is the main feature of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.His academic experience plays a positive role in improving the clinical level of acupuncture and moxibustion and promoting the development of Bagui medicine. |
