| ObjectiveThe main purpose of this study is to collect and sort out the medical records of Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang on the knowledge website.The content knowledge and experience inheritance of classics and prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases have always been the subject of national research and highly valued.Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang is an empirical prescription in Treatise on Typhoid Fever.It has a history of 1,800 years.Many physicians of past dynasties have put forward various arguments in clinical practice,such as the discussion of the efficacy of this prescription,the adjuvant of the monarch and minister,and the usage of dosage,as well as the study of the function of Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang.There is no doubt about the efficacy of this prescription in clinic.Generally,doctors use Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang as the main medicine for damp-heat jaundice,allergy and nephritis.Traditional Chinese medicine it,self mainly solves the problem of disease through the way of syndrome differentiation and treatment.With this unique speculative method and the characteristics of academie diversity,it achieves the goal of treatment.The development of' the theoreticeal system of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on the summary of the experience books of a few famous doctors.Therefore,the research,collation and inheritance of classical prescriptions have always been an important means to improve the academic level of TCM and promote the development of TCM.Influenced by many subjective and objective reasons,the research and inheritance work is time-consuming and laborious,and the quality is not good,so it has been difficult to unify the conclusions into a system.Therefore,the TCM community must carry out more innovative and effective research and analysis methods,using data analysis,in order to consolidate the inheritance of the academic essence and achievements of famous physicians,so that the development of TCM will be faster and forward.MethodsThis study focused on modern research and collected 120 cases of Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang published in Chinese medical journals from 1988 to 2018.Through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 cases were screened out.The qualified medical records are included in the code assignment.Firstly,the code number and age,gender,symptoms,syndrome type,disease name' and drug dosage were included in Excel files,and the general database was established.By using the method of formal concept analysis provided by the team led by Professor Hong Wen,Professor of Biomedical Engineering Institute of Yanshan University,the non-statistical ordering structure model was taken as the main axis.By utilizing this new data text mining method,attribute partial order structure diagrams are established to discover new knowledge.Through the analysis of the structure chart,the data can be expressed more hierarchically and visually,and the medical documents of Ma-Huan g-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang can be sorted out,and the constructive and developmental conclusions can be integrated for reference.ResultsFrom the preliminary frequency analysis,it was found that the male patients with Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang Decoction were more than the female patients,and the main types of treatment were dermatology,nephropathy and hepatobiliary.The majority of patients were urticaria,edema,jaundice and eczema.As for its basic overwhelming majority,wind-cold external bundle and damp-heat connotation are the main syndromes.Ephedra and Forsythia suspensa are the main medicines,while Fangfeng ranks first in addition and subtraction.From the macro-analysis of attribute partial order structure map,we can find that the main symptoms of Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang are pruritus,macula and oligouresis,while the main symptoms of tongue and vein are thick and greasy fur,yellowish fur,slippery pulse and pulse number.Dialectics is based on the external wind-cold bundle and damp-heat connotation as the main factors,and the rest are damp-heat depression surface,rheumatic heat connotation,geomantic omen and water as the secondary factors.From the micro-analysis of attribute partial sequence structure chart,we can find that Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang Decoction is mostly used in clinic in hepatobiliary,dermatology and nephrology.The main clinical manifestations of hepatobiliary jaundice are damp-heat syndrome,while those of Dermatology such as eczema and urticaria are mostly wind-cold external tracts,which are incomprehensible,and mainly maniflested by eczema and pruritus.The main clinical manifestations of nephropathy are edema and unfavorable urination.The syndrome types of nephropathy include wind-water phase blooming,Water-dampness stopping,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency and so on.ConclusionThe research results not only obtained the application rule of Ma-Huang-Lian-Qiao-Chi-Xiao-Dou Tang,but also showed the formal concept analysis.The attributes partial order structure map can fully,objectively,multi-level,multi-directional and visually express the efficacy of this method and the concept of clinical application,making a large number of irregular data into meaningful knowledge,which plays a great role in the future development of traditional Chinese medicine. |
