of the Nei jing's health preserving of embodied cognition.That is,the embodied cognition of “Tao” to gain enlightenment.In order to make health-preserving individuals regard physical training as a practical way to grasp the indescribable “Tao”.It can enable health-preserving individuals as a participant to realize the ultimate metaphysical ontology from a physical level.From the perspective of the practitioners,they can understand the ultimate metaphysical ontology.And transform the understanding of the Tao into the body perception of moving into stillness,the natural and moderate body experience and the introspection body consciousness adjust one's body action from this kind of reconstruction body subject,can effectively resist the contemporary consumerism to the health maintenance subject manipulation.It can make the health care return to a kind of survival wisdom for them.Based on the theory of Somaesthetics,this essay uses philology,descriptive and semiology research methods consumption symbol without subjectivity,and through the criticism and improvement of Somaesthetics,a path to overcome the contemporary consumerism's control of health preservation subjects is shown from the body level.Based on this,the main content of this paper is as follows:The introduction firstly introduces the concept of paradigm on the basis of explaining the concept and connotation of and connotation of Somaesthetics.The concept of paradigm reveals the two directions of Somaesthetics research in China from the two dimensions of interpretation and construction.It aims to understand and recognize Somaesthetics more clearly from the perspective of comprehensive disciplines.It can also reveal the Somaesthetics has a broad space of discourse.Thus Somsesthetics can become a perspective to activate the body resources of traditional Chinese medicine and criticize and improve the current alienation of health preservation.In addition,it also reviews the current academic research on the thought of keeping in good health of Nei jing.On the basis of previous studies,a new method is introduced to explore the ideal of keeping in good health of Nei jing.The first chapter discusses the characteristics of Somaesthetics theory is its theory contains three dimensions and takes aesthetic practice as its aesthetic object,the body discourse of body and mind as one and the practical function of cross-field as its theoretical character.This fully reflects that Somaesthetics is a discipline with instructive and applicable.Then by introducing the writing and nature of the Nei jing,it shows that the Nei jing,as a health care classic,is a precious resource open to modern times.On the one hand,its universal value can be reflected in the current problems of our times about health preservation.On the other hand,research on the health ideas of Nei jing can also introduce the theory and methods of the West.The second chapter illustrates the critical function of Somaesthetics for consumerism.It reveals how consumerism with the mass media modern medicine,through gaze mechanisms,intellectual discourse and extreme sensory experience to reshape people's body of intellectual thinking for a long time.Through the introduction of body aesthetics,the metaphysical interpretation that used to be biased towards knowing what "Tao" is in the past has been transformed into a metaphysical understanding of how "Tao" is done.By focusing on the body training of the health model who knows the “Tao” in Nei jing.It aims to restore the body training through the
