fire and Primary Qi are pposites",some of the literature mainly comes from the ancient important ideological and cultural works and the works on TCM philosophy published in recent years.2.The method of theoretical review:On the basis of literature research,this paper adopts the methods of classified analysis,traditional interpretation,clinical interpretation and correlation comparison to comment on the theory of "Yin-pathogenic fire and Primary Qi are pposites",and discusses its academic thought and clinical value.3.Cross-disciplinary research:This study uses the theories,methods and the outpatient medical records of my mentor in recent years.The theory of“Yin-pathogenic fire and Primary Qi are pposites”is widely used in clinical work,including internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,gynecology and pediatrics,but it is closely related to spleen and stomach diseases.In this study,from the outpatient medical the combination of the traditional Chinese medicine classics,the historical background and Li Dongyuan's personal creation in the past.Its theoretical and practical value is huge.It is not only applicable to the epidemic heat diseases at that time,but also has important guiding significance for modern clinical practice.
