Research On Blood Regulatory Factors In Hypertension Model Rats With The Compatibility Of Chinese Medicine And Acupuncture

Objective: By observing the effects on hypertension model rats through the compatibility of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, the dissertation aims to discuss the interactive mechanism of prescription medicine and acupuncture, verify the hypothesis of the compatibility of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and provide the experimental data and theoretical support for clinical practice .Method: The project applies the orthogonal design to observe the various factors which have effects on lowering the blood pressure of the hypertension model rats and ACE, ET, NO, tNOS, iNOS, AngII as well, by matching the formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi, hereafter the formula.) with acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36),Taichong(LR3) and Taixi(KI3).Results: The best treatment project on the basis of blood pressure change is the formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi) matching with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3) , Taixi(KI3) and Zusanli(ST36).The best treatment project on the basis of contained NO is the formula matching with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3).On the basis of the vitality of tNOS, the best treatment project is the formula compatible with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3) , Taixi(KI3) and Zusanli(ST36).The best treatment project on the basis of the vitality of iNOS is the formula matching with acupuncturing Taixi(KI3).The best treatment project on the basis of contained ACE is the formula compatible with acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36).The best treatment project on the basis of the contained Ang II is the formula compatible with acupuncturing Zusanli(ST36) and Taichong(LR3). Conclusion: The experimental results indicate that the formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi) matching with acupuncturing has apparent effect of lowering the blood pressure. Among the four factors, the most important one is the formula, which we hold as the monarch because of its multilevel and comprehensive effects; the second important factor is Taichong(LR3), which we hold as the minister. Zusanli(ST36) and Taixi(KI3) are the adjuvant drugs in the prescription. The prescription medicine has a better effect than acupuncture alone in terms of bringing the blood pressure down. It may be because of the limited two-way regulating effect of acupuncture or because of the fact that acupuncture is an unpleasant stimulant to the rats. On the whole, the compatibility of prescription medicine and acupuncture can work together well, and produce lesser antagonism. The formula (named removing heat from the liver and enriching Qi) compatible with acupuncturing Taichong(LR3) and Taixi(KI3) is the best to bring the blood pressure down, which is identical with the compound recipe often used clinically. Therefore, it is feasible and clinically workable to construct a therapeutical theory of the compatibility of prescription medicine and acupuncture under the guidance of“the compatibility of Chinese medicine and acupuncture”and“the composition with monarch,minister,adjuvant and guide drugs in prescription”.
