Pseudobulbar Palsy After Acupuncture Treatment Of Stroke Clinical Orthogonal Design

Object:To study the four factors of affecting the curative effects of acupuncture for Pseudobular palsy , namely acupuncture occasion ; acupoint-selecting ; stimulating amount ; period of treatment and select the best project through orthogonal design . And to explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment from the angle of hematological rheology.Result:The patients were departed into 9 groups according to Orthogonal design table : every group combined with corresponding curative methods and did orthogonal design and statistics on the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs . The result suggested that acupuncture occasion and stimulating amount are significant factors . The best project was selected for Pseudobular palsy . Acupuncture treatment can improve the patients' indexes of hematological rheology , especially plasm viscosity . The improvement has statistical significance .Conclusion: Acupuncture occasion and stimulating amount are significant factors. The best project for Pseudobular palsy is selection of acupoints on the nape , severe stimulus and three periods of treatment in acute stage. Acupuncture treatment can also improve plasm viscosity.
