| As an important national commodity production base of high-quality grain and livestock production area, Heilongjiang province has gifted cultivated land resources (Per capita 9mu), grassland resource (much high-quality herb), fodder resource (maize, soybean good quality and high output), and some other advantage conditions. Meanwhile, Heilongjiang province is close to Mongolia, Russia, Japan and some other countries, with a position and traffic advantage of exporting livestock products. How to transform these advantages into a competitive advantage of livestock products is really need to study. Because market economy advocates competitiveness and competition is one of its basics theory which makes it vigor and efficiency. Targeted the topic of Competitiveness of the Livestock Products in Heilongjiang Province,By the methodology of competitiveness theory and factor analysis of competition,six species of livestock’s production efficiency were selected to be the target to analysis livestock production competition in Heilongjiang Province. All these analysis is compared with the average datum in national level. General speaking, livestock’s production competition can be measured by efficiency of input and output which include production cost, fee, price, yields, benefit, and quality safety. By using the theory of "competitiveness difference ", the article provides an order of livestock produce precedence of competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province. According to the order and the request to implement the national plan of “revitalizing the Northeast ( the old industrial base)”, this article presents countermeasure and suggestion on how to promote domestic animal’s competitiveness of product market in Heilongjiang Province, and provides theoretical basis for the government, enterprise and peasant household on how to adjust domestic animal’s product structure and overall arrangement, and how to promote domestic animal’s competitive power of product market.
