In the context of the rapid development of emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data and the Internet of Things,cloud-based manufacturing realizes the service-oriented networked intelligent manufacturing process.With the continuous deepening and improvement of Cloud-based manufacturing related research,as an innovative mode of distributed collaborative product development,cloud-base design and manufacturing is a complement and continuation of cloud manufacturing in the field of computer-aided product development,extends the scope of service from product manufacturing to product design.and gradually spreads to other stages of product lifecycle development.At the same time,it also integrates the emerging network service modes such as crowd sourcing and crowd innovation.crowdsourcing service is an open innovation model which obtains the solution with the innovation potential in the network product design.It combines the subjective ability of human and the objective ability of computer,and uses unknown crowdsourcing services to solve tasks that traditional computers struggle to do.How to reasonably combine the mode of crowdsourcing service with the environment of cloud design and manufacturing is one of the effective ways to improve the level of product network-oriented design and manufacturing.Crowdsourcing service and cloud-based design and manufacturing have their respective advantages in product design and manufacturing.In order to combine their advantages,crowdsourcing service mode is used as a mode of operation in cloud-based design and manufacturing environment to provide services for the whole process of product lifecycle development.However,in the stage of product design and manufacturing,the existing crowdsourcing service mode cannot meet the requirements of networked product development only through the sharing and exchange of knowledge,experience and skills.Using cloud-based design and manufacturing environment to realize crowdsourcing task planning,crowdsourcing service composition and crowdsourcing service scheduling can provide effective support for product development-oriented crowdsourcing service resource allocation.Aiming at the above requirements,this paper systematically studies the principle,method and key technologies of crowdsourcing service mode in the cloud-based design and manufacturing environment.The main research contents are as follows:1)A crowdsourcing service mode oriented to product life cycle development based on cloud-based design and manufacturing environment is proposed.Through in-depth analysis of cloud-based design and manufacturing environment and crowdsourcing service mode characteristics,the theoretical research is carried out from the aspects of environment construction requirements and implementation ideas,and a business model that conforms to the mode and running characteristics of crowdsourcing service is presented.Based on this,the process model and architecture of the crowdsourcing service model are established.Meanwhile,the technical framework and key technology system supporting crowdsourcing service mode are proposed.2)A crowdsourcing task planning technology based on modularity is proposed.Through the research on the types,characteristics and forms of crowdsourcing tasks for product development,the crowdsourcing task is formally described in ontology web language –service.In order to distribute crowdsourcing tasks in cloud environment,the crowdsourcing task is decomposed layer by layer with the idea of service-oriented process,and then carry out modular reorganization and decoupling after quantitative analysis of the subtasks.3)The optimal combination technology of crowdsourcing service under the grey correlation theory is proposed.Through the analysis of the types,characteristics and influencing factors of crowdsourcing services,as well as the unified and standardized description of crowdsourcing services.This paper proposed an optimization combination strategy that is in accordance with the crowdsourcing service model,and a divide-and-conquer approach is adopted.The crowdsourcing service discovery and optimization combination model is established around the modular task,and the model is solved based on the grey relational degree theory to realize the optimal combination of crowdsourcing services.4)The optimal scheduling technology of crowdsourced services for cloud collaborative workflow is proposed.Through the research on the collaborative cooperation mode of crowdsourcing services,the implementation ideas and objectives of crowdsourcing service optimization scheduling are formulated.Cloud-based environment is taken as the organizer of collaborative cooperation,and the collaborative workflow is rationally and scientifically planned.Moreover,the workflow is simulated and modeled by the time-colored Petri net,so as to realize the optimal scheduling of crowdsourced services in the collaborative process.Finally,taking the operation process of crowdsourcing service mode in the cloud-based design and manufacturing environment oriented to product development as the research object.Examples of crowdsourcing task planning and publishing,crowdsourcing service optimization combination and crowdsourcing service optimization scheduling are completed,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.In view of this,the prototype module system was designed and developed,and integrated into the prototype crowdsourcing service platform.The proposed key technologies and methods were verified through the application process and application effect of practical cases.
