As the commercial use of 5G technologies has grown more prevalent,smart vehicles have become an efficient platform for delivering a wide array of services directly to customers.The vehicular crowdsourcing service(VCS),for example,vehicles nodes collect and share data of interest as service requesters or service providers,can provide immediate and timely feedback regarding real-time transportation information.However,vehicles can generate spurious information towards a specific service request in the pursuit of profit.Distinguishing trusted information from numerous sources is the key to a reliable VCS environment.This paper proposes a solution to this problem called “RC-chain”(Reputation-based Crowdsourcing blockchain),a reputation-based crowdsourcing framework built on a blockchain platform(Hyperledger Fabric).We first establish the blockchain-based platform to support the management of crowdsourcing trading and user-reputation evaluating activities.Combining the distributed computing of fog computing with the distributed storage of consortium blockchain,the scene deployment and transaction process for VCS are formulated.Secondly,a new reputation value updating algorithm is designed to enhance trust,namely Trust Propagation & Feedback Similarity(TPFS).TPFS can prevent adversarial or irresponsible behaviors in crowdsourcing tasks by reducing the reputation of malicious requesters or providers.In addition,queueing theory is used to evaluate the blockchain-based platform and optimize the system performance.Finally,smart contract integrated with TPFS trust management is developed,and RC-chain was deployed on the IBM Hyperledger Fabric platform.Numerical analysis and simulation experiments show that the RC-chain scheme is effective and feasible.Based on the predetermined rules of the smart contract,the intelligent transaction can be realized without the intervention of the trusted third party.At the same time,the trusted distributed ledger is conducive to maintaining the security of transactions.Under the condition of meeting the trust constraints,the transaction speed can be improved with lower execution cost,which reflects the feasibility,efficiency and security of this paper in the future intelligent transportation field.
