| With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of urban cars shows a sharp rise trend,which not only brings convenience to people’s production and life,but also brings great challenges to urban traffic,such as traffic congestion,traffic resource waste and other problems are increasingly aggravated.Real-time road conditions are an important factor to solve these problems.The idea of crowdsourcing has the characteristics of public service and real-time,and the integration with intelligent transportation provides a new idea for real-time road condition detection.However,the existing crowd-sourced road condition detection schemes usually adopt the anonymous privacy protection method,and do not explicitly describe the specific situation of information collected,and directly summarize the collected road condition content as "information".The vehicle driving information is decrypted as clear text in the cloud,and the problem of location privacy leakage always exists,which impedes the development of crowdsourced road condition services.How to obtain real-time road conditions while ensuring the safety of drivers’ identity information and driving path information has become an urgent problem to be solved.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a road condition monitoring scheme based on crowdsourcing framework to ensure privacy.In the process of crowdsourcing road conditions,service personnel’s identity information and driving information will not be directly exposed to the server.The main work is as follows:1)Proposed a privacy-protecting auxiliary road condition detection system under the framework of crowdsourcing,dedicated to solving the information security problems generated in the process of crowdsourcing road conditions.A road condition detection method combining speed,direction and distance is designed and implemented.Based on signature algorithm and partially homomorphic encryption technology,road condition information can be obtained in ciphertext state.2)Aiming at the problem of excessive time cost in the decryption process of BGN algorithm,a corresponding solution is proposed.Bloom Filter is used to map the distance-squared ciphertext and match the collected ciphertext information to reduce the time cost in the decryption process.3)Security analysis is conducted on the proposed privacy-preserving road condition information acquisition scheme.The scheme can effectively resist common attacks such as forgery and replay,and the scheme is implemented in the simulation environment.Experiments show that the proposed scheme can effectively protect user privacy information in the process of crowdsourcing traffic condition service,and the overall performance of the system is great. |
