| In the Internet age,"crowdsourcing" has become an important model for promoting product innovation and development,which can give full play to the optimal distribution of social resources.At present,in terms of product innovation and development,the crowdsourcing model is limited to the innovation and development of simple products.Due to the complexity of development process management and technical limitations,complex products are rarely used in current mainstream crowdsourcing platforms.Most household appliances belong to the category of complex products.Due to their various types and complex designs,the design process involves many links,many departments and personnel involved in the design process,and the collaborative management process is complex.Therefore,the current design and manufacturing of household appliances is basically still limited to It is difficult for the traditional manufacturing department to adopt the crowdsourcing model,and cannot fully explore the creativity of social innovation,which hinders the process of product innovation and development.This paper aims to model and analyze the work flow of the crowdsourcing design process of home appliances,propose a work flow of the crowdsourcing design process of home appliances,and study the main link in the management and control of the work flow of crowdsourcing design of home appliances.The realization of the complex product crowdsourcing model and the establishment of the foundation for the study of process control mechanisms and process optimization.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Combining the theoretical basis,home appliance design process and the existing crowdsourcing model research,propose a home appliance product crowdsourcing design workflow modeling method,and establish a hierarchical process model based on the object-oriented Petri net for home appliance product crowdsourcing design,based on Different perspectives,establish organizational and task-level models.In order to emphasize the importance of experts,an object-oriented Petri net organization-level modeling method based on expert comments is proposed,which relies on expert decision-making to ensure the completion quality of crowdsourcing design tasks,and realizes the control of crowdsourcing process through input and output libraries.A task-level modeling method based on product component decomposition is proposed.Household appliances are decomposed into design sub-tasks through product structure tree and design structure matrix,and they are mapped to Petri nets to obtain the information transfer relationship model between design objects.On the basis of the process model,take the crowdsourcing design process of the air cooler as an example to establish a simulation model of the process model,and use simulation software to implement and simulate the model,and then through the accessibility,safety,activity,etc.of the simulation model Property analysis verifies the validity of the model.(2)According to the crowdsourcing design process of home appliances,research the crowdsourcing task allocation technology in the design of home appliances,study the crowdsourcing task allocation method based on the process model,and establish the crowdsourcing design task allocation with the goal of crowdsourcing task allocation quality.Model,and on the basis of the distribution model,proposed a calculation method for the reputation and ability of the crowdsourcing party.A crowdsourced task allocation algorithm with improved PSO algorithm is proposed.On the basis of the traditional PSO algorithm,the algorithm adjusts the inertia weight of the particles to improve the problem that the traditional PSO algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimum in the early stage and the convergence speed is slow in the later stage.The algorithm is verified by simulation data. |
