Pipeline integrity management is an important research field of pipeline management,which can provide strong support for the safe operation of water supply network,and is an effective tool to enhance management concepts and solve practical problems of water supply network.Pipeline integrity management has a wide range of applications,which has been widely used in oil and gas pipeline management and will play an important role in water supply pipeline management in the future.The purpose of this paper is to use the creative power of interdisciplinary,based on the perspective of water supply pipeline,and based on the experience of oil and gas pipeline integrity management,study the evaluation method of water supply pipeline integrity,and initially construct the water supply pipeline integrity management system.The establishment of water supply pipeline integrity management system is a huge systematic project.Pipeline integrity management has been widely used in the field of oil and gas pipelines after years of research and practice,and it is still developing and innovating constantly.Based on the theory of pipeline integrity management,this paper evaluates the integrity of water supply pipeline from four dimensions.Firstly,the corrosion trend of water supply pipeline is predicted from the point angle,then the residual strength of water supply pipeline is evaluated from the line angle,then the reliability of pipeline with corrosion defects is studied from the surface angle,and finally the health grade evaluation of water supply pipeline is studied from the body angle.By studying the above four dimensions,we can comprehensively evaluate whether the pipeline is in the state of integrity,and provide powerful technical support for the establishment of water supply pipeline integrity management system.The theoretical significance of this study lies in the preliminary construction of the basic framework of water supply pipeline integrity management,which provides an important theoretical basis for the follow-up study of water supply pipeline integrity management;In studying the integrity evaluation of water supply pipeline,the evaluation method of oil and gas pipeline is combined with the characteristics of water supply pipeline,and improvement is made according to the characteristics of water supply pipeline.According to the practical problems faced by water supply enterprises in application value,the evaluation methods of predicting,controlling and solving pipelines with corrosion defects are put forward,which provide an important basis for ensuring the safe operation of water supply pipelines.The prediction model of corrosion trend of water supply pipeline is established.By studying the corrosion mechanism of water supply pipeline and analyzing the corrosion depth data obtained during pipeline maintenance,it is found that the corrosion data samples are characterized by strong randomness and poor data.The probability distribution model of corrosion data is constructed by parameter estimation method,and the data samples are statistically analyzed.Through goodness-of-fit test,it is found that the model can better fit the statistical law of pipeline corrosion.On this basis,GM(1,1)corrosion trend prediction model based on parameter estimation is established,which can effectively solve the problems of scattered samples and small sample size,and further improve the prediction accuracy.The finite element model of water supply pipeline with corrosion defects is established.According to the stress situation of water supply pipelines with different diameters under uniform corrosion,local corrosion and porous corrosion,the influence of corrosion depth,corrosion defect number and relative position on pipeline stress is studied,the maximum stress relationship between each parameter and pipeline is obtained,and the residual strength of pipeline is calculated.This model can effectively evaluate the running status of pipelines and provide data support for the pipeline replacement work of water supply enterprises.The structural reliability model of water supply pipeline is established.Based on the reliability theory,the sample is interpolated by response surface method,and the change of structural reliability of water supply pipeline with the increase of service time is studied.The remaining life of water supply pipeline is calculated according to the change of reliability,which can provide decision support for the whole life management of water supply pipeline.By selecting the necessary indexes,the health grade evaluation system of water supply pipeline is put forward.Based on the health grade evaluation system,combined with the operation data of water supply pipeline,the probability of pipeline state grade is calculated,and then the operation state of pipeline is evaluated.According to Bayesian theory,the risk assessment model of water supply pipeline is established,and the results of pipeline state assessment are output in the form of classification.The data are divided into important and conventional levels,and the risk level of water supply pipeline is determined by combining the above two indicators.Drawing lessons from the implementation scheme of oil and gas pipeline integrity management,the framework of water supply pipeline integrity management system is preliminarily constructed,the detailed implementation rules of water supply pipeline integrity management are analyzed,and specific suggestions are put forward for the development of water supply pipeline integrity management.
