As a solution to sharp conflict between traffic demand and spatial capability during urbanization,subway network have been and are being developed in many cities in China.Now the construction of rail transit is a hot issue in cities of China,rail transit and land use positive interaction will help to improve urban land use structure,to solve urban traffic problems,and give full play to the economic and social benefits of rail transportation.This paper,had a survey and related research on the land-use surrounded rail transit station in Tianjin,through the theoretical research and empirical analysis of different levels,explores optimization strategy of surrounding land-use.The aim is to provide some advices for the future construction of Tianjin rail transit and surrounding land-use optimizing control.First of all,based on the research on the interactive development of rail transit and urban spatial structure,this paper summarizes the main spatial factors influencing the development of urban space,clarifies the research circle of Tianjin rail transit station,and relies on GIS as technology support for the later empirical research and spatial optimization.Secondly,combined with the development process of rail transit in Tianjin,the spatial characteristics of Tianjin rail transit station are explored from the accessibility and land use.The subway lines 1,2 and 3 and the light rail line 9 are the main research lines.Through the on-the-spot reconnaissance,the first-hand data are collected and the comprehensive database is established based on the GIS.At the same time,it makes full use of GIS platform to analyze the related elements of the accessibility and land use.This paper uses the multiple regression model to analyze the correlation between the spatial characteristics and the passenger flow of line 1,to determine the key spatial factors influencing the rail transit,and provide the operational strategy for the optimization of the station area.Finally,on the basis of the above empirical research,this paper provides relevant optimazing counterplan of the development of rail transit area in Tianjin from the macroscopic,meso and micro levels.It also suggest to build a rail network system highly coupled with the urban spatial structure,establish a graded classification system of rail transit and build the station place by the assistant of the rail transit station.
