| At present,China is in a critical period of theory and practical appl ication of automobile industry cluster.After nearly 50 years of construction and development,the industrial agglomeration advantage of Liuzhou automobile industry cluster has become an important automobile production base in central and western China.Automobile industrial cluster is a complex operation system,which can not make a scientific and reasonable explanation for the competitiveness of industrial cluster by using a certain theory alone.This paper takes Liuzhou automobile industry cluster as the research object,on the basis of summarizing the previous research results,attempts to systematically,dynamically and comprehensively study the competitive-eness of automobile industry cluster,analyzes the source and generation mechanism of automobile industry cluster competitiveness from three dimensions of factor attribute,network attribute and ability attribute,and constructs the analysis model of automobile industry cluster competitiveness.In the research method,this paper adopts the combination of normative research and empirical research,qualitative research and quantitative research,induction and deduction,literature research and field research.In the aspect of theoretical analysis,the connotation and evolution motive mechanism,competitive advantage and cluster competitiveness of automobile industrial cluster are studied by using the principles of management,new economic geography,regional economics,ecological economics,new economic sociology and industrial economics.On this basis,the corresponding industrial upgrading strategies are put forward.The full text research is carried out from the following aspects:1.Combing and commenting on the related theories of industrial cluster develop-ment,making a new definition of the connotation,characteristics and formation mechanism of industrial cluster,cluster competitiveness and evaluation,automobile industrial cluster and characteristics.On this basis,a cone model of automobile industry cluster competitiveness analysis is constructed,which includes three dimensions: element attribute,network attribute and capability attribute.2.This paper introduces the development of Liuzhou auto industry and the main problems encountered in the current development of Liuzhou auto industry.By using the method of co-word cluster analysis,it establishes the index system of the capability attribute of automobile industry cluster from four aspects: R & D ability,supply chain construction ability,production capacity and marketing ability.Accor-ding to this index system,it analyzes the competitiveness attribute of Liuzhou automobile industry cluster,and comprehensively expounds the overall external performance of the competitiveness of Liuzhou automobile industry cluster.3.Liuzhou automobile industry cluster competitiveness element attribute analysis.Using Porter diamond model,which is a classical model of industrial cluster competitiveness,this paper analyzes the source and formation mechanism of Liuzhou automobile industrial cluster competitiveness from s ix aspects: factor condition,demand condition,related industry and auxiliary industry,enterprise strategic structure and competition,opportunity and government,and makes a systematic study on the factor resources needed to form Liuzhou automobile industrial cluster competitiveness.4.Analysis of the network attribute of the competitiveness of the industrial cluster in Liuzhou.With the introduction of the organization ecology into the research of the automobile industry cluster,the concept of the cluster ecosystem of the automobile industry is put forward,and the mathematical model of the dynamic mechanism of the automobile industry cluster evolution based on the cooperative evolution among the population is constructed by using the Lotka-Volterra model.Next,this mathematical model was simulated.Based on the model of the power mechanism,the cooperative evolution mechanism and characteristics of the competitiveness between the whole-vehicle enterprises,the whole-zero enterprises and the spare parts enterprises in the automobile industry cluster of Liuzhou are analyzed,respectively.The internal dynamic collaboration network required to form the competitiveness of the automobile industry in Liuzhou is analyzed in depth.5.Liuzhou automobile industry cluster competitiveness evaluation research.On the basis of the previous research,a multi-dimensional,dynamic and comprehensive evaluation index system of automobile industry cluster competitiveness is constructed,which combines qualitative and quantitative anal ysis and considers the current development strength and future growth ability.Combining the traditional complex system decision method AHP with a new meta-heuristic optimization algorithm Cuckoo Search,the CS-AHP evaluation method is constructed.This pa per selects Changsha City,Hunan Province,which is similar to the economic level of Liuzhou City and similar to the development level of automobile industry and adjacent to Hunan Province,as a reference to carry out the study on the competiti-veness of Liuzhou Automobile Industry,which provides a scientific basis for the formulation of Liuzhou Automobile Industry Planning and makes a useful exploration for better evaluation of the competitiveness of automobile industry clusters.6.Based on the previous research,the paper proposes the upgrade strategy of Liuzhou automobile industry as follows: to continuously formulate reasonable development strategies for industrial clusters;to continuously improve the level of specialization and scale of clusters;to continuously integrate resources to improve the overall innovation ability of clusters;to continuously improve the coordination mechanism of clusters and enhance the synergy effect of industrial chains;to seize the opportunity of industrial transformation and strive to promote transformation and upgrading;to strive to transform and upgrade the parts industry and promote talent training and introduction. |
