Research On The Evolution Mechanism And Incentive Strategy Of Green Innovation Intention In Enterprise

Extensive growth of economy often leads to severe environmental problems.On the fast lane of pursuing economic benefits,enterprises are running counter to the direction of ecological protection,and even moving further gradually.The construction of ecological civilization in China is still is still restricted by the shortage of resources and environmental pollution.As the main body of social production activities,enterprises carry out green innovation activities of energy saving,consumption reduction and pollution control in the production process to achieve the co-creation of economic,social and environmental benefits.It plays an important role and takes unshirkable responsibility in promoting the green development of the entire society and the construction of ecological civilization.However,in the process of production and operation of enterprises,the innovation ability and innovation wills do not remain static but change dynamically.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct the research on the evolution mechanism of enterprises’ green innovation wills.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research literature at home and abroad,this paper firstly dissects the relationship between green innovation ability,green innovation wills and competitive advantage of the enterprise,and points out that green innovation ability is the ability of enterprises to achieve win-win results in economic,social and environmental benefits.Enterprises with strong innovation ability can easily create green innovation wills,which in turn lead to competitive advantage through green innovation behavior.Secondly,this paper adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory to analyze the process through labeling,conceptualization,and categorization,identify the key influencing factors of the evolution of the enterprise green innovation wills and construct the model of the evolution influence factor of the enterprise green innovation wills.Then,based on the research results of grounded analysis,this paper constructs the game model of the evolution of the enterprise green innovation wills under the difference of innovation ability and the three-party game model of the evolution of the enterprise green innovation wills under the pressure of external green innovation regulations.The simulation analysis on the models is conducted at the same time.Finally,with the help of the simulation results,this paper proposes the incentive strategy and promotion countermeasures of green innovation wills.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The research analyzes the green innovation and competitive advantages of the enterprise.On the basis of qualitative analysis of relevant theories,it expounds the innovation behavior of enterprises,and explores the differences between green innovation and traditional innovation in enterprises from the aspects of innovation objectives,innovation modes and innovation systems.It explores the unique innovation resources and capabilities of enterprises,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of green innovation ability,and thus obtains the differentiated performance of green innovation ability of enterprises.It puts forward the definition and characteristics of green innovation wills and studies the evolution process of the formation,development,adaptation and maturity of green innovation wills from the perspective of evolutionary game.It also probes into the sources of competitive advantages of enterprises based on resource-based theory,environmental management theory and manager interpretation theory.(2)This research identifies the influencing factors and mechanism of the evolution of green innovation wills.First,based on the green innovation practice of case companies,First of all,based on the green innovation practice of case enterprises;it finds the basic concepts from the green innovation practice data of twenty-one sample enterprises through the qualitative research method of grounded theory.It summarizes the concepts into categories and refines categories into theories.Then,it identifies the factors that influence the evolution of enterprise green innovation wills such as resource support,technological progress,environmental regulation and market orientation,and constructs a model of the factors that influence the evolution of enterprise green innovation wills.Finally,it gives an explanation of the evolutionary mechanism of green innovation wills.(3)In this research,an evolutionary game model of green innovation wills under the constraints of green innovation ability and regulations is constructed.On the basis of grounded theory,it divides technological progress and resource support into green innovation ability,builds a symmetric and asymmetric enterprise green innovation wills evolutionary game model,and analyzes evolution of green innovation wills under the influence of green innovation costs and pollution-sensitive elements.It divides social norms and market orientation into green innovation regulations,and constructs a three-party game model of the evolution of green innovation wills among enterprises,government and consumers.Numerical simulation analysis are carried out through Matlab to explore the impact of the initial wills of the three parties of consumer green consumption,corporate green innovation and government environmental regulations on the evolution of enterprise green innovation ecosystem,as well as the impact of government green innovation subsidies,price subsidies and non-green innovation penalties on the evolution of green innovation wills.(4)Incentive strategies and promotion strategies of the green innovation wills of enterprises are proposed in the research Through the analysis of the influencing factors and the evolution process of green innovation wills in the case enterprise,it summarizes the design goals and requirements of the green innovation wills incentive strategy.According to the previous research conclusions,it puts forward some countermeasures to stimulate and enhance the enterprise green innovation wills from the aspects of enterprise green innovation resources,green innovation,environmental regulation tools and social regulations.Based on the above research content,the research conclusions in this paper are drawn as follows:(1)The influencing factors of green innovation wills of enterprises are numerous and complex.However,enterprises’ own innovation resources and innovation ability can stimulate their wills to actively participate in green innovation.Changes in the external environment make enterprises subject to certain standard constraints,which can enhance the green innovation wills of enterprises to a certain extent.(2)It is found in the research that differences in green innovation ability and technical spillover effects affect the evolution trajectory of green innovation wills in asymmetric enterprises.The larger the spillover coefficient,the weaker the green innovation wills of core enterprises and the stronger the green innovation wills of non-core enterprises.The greater the potential difference of green innovation ability,the stronger the green innovation wills of core enterprises,and the weaker the green innovation wills of non-core enterprises.The higher the efficiency of green innovation,the stronger the green innovation wills of the enterprise,the greater the possibility of the enterprise choosing green innovation strategies.(3)It is difficult to effectively stimulate enterprises’ green innovation wills by relying solely on the enterprises themselves and achieve a wider range of green innovation.Corresponding incentive policies should be imposed on the enterprises with heterogeneous green innovation ability,so as to achieve better results through the use of various forms of environmental regulation.Through research,it is found that the most important factor influencing the development of an enterprise’s green innovation ecosystem lies in the initial wills of the enterprise’s own green innovation.The initial wills of the government’s environmental regulations on the enterprise’s green innovation system has a greater impact than consumers’initial wills of green consumption on the system.The price subsidies given to consumers and green innovation subsidies given to the enterprise by the government can reduce the cost of green innovation and enhance the green innovation wills of the enterprise,which provides great reference value for the government and enterprises to formulate green innovation related policies.
