Manufacturing is the bedrock of a country,and is as intimately connected with the life-blood of the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,China’s manufacturing is developing rapidly,and its industrial foundation is becoming increasingly solid.What’s more,the manufacturing industry has continuously made significant breakthroughs in the high-tech field,achieved remarkable achievements,and made important contributions to the rapid socio-economic development.In recent years,the complexity of the external environment for China’s development has increased significantly,and the intrinsic conditions of various factors have changed profoundly.Yet the paradox of manufacturing being large but not strong,full but not good,is becoming more prominent,especially the key core technology is restricted,has become a bottleneck in the transformation and development of China’s manufacturing.In 2015,China officially proposed to implement the strategy of "Made in China 2025",including innovation-driven,quality-oriented,green development,structural optimization and talent-based,which is a strategic guideline,is becoming a driving force for the high-quality development of industrial economy.Therefore,how to balance environmental protection and economic development is crucial.This study takes manufacturing enterprises as the research object,combines external macro perspective and enterprise micro perspective to build a model framework of "institutional pressure-green dynamic capability-green innovation performance",embeds the variable of TM attention to explore how manufacturing enterprises enhance green dynamic capability and promote green innovation performance.In this study,the top managers of manufacturing enterprises are distributed questionnaires,and the 351 valid questionnaires collected are analyzed empirically with the help of SPSS 25.0 and Mplus8.0 to explore the influence of institutional pressure on green innovation performance and the mediating role of green dynamic capabilities,and to investigate the moderating effect of two dimensions of TM attention between institutional pressure and green dynamic capabilities.the results show that:institutional pressure positively affects green innovation performance of enterprises;the three dimensions of green dynamic capacity,namely green environmental adaptability,green resource integration ability and organizational green learning ability,play a part of intermediary role between institutional pressure and green innovation performance of enterprises;the external attention of executives plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between institutional pressure and green environmental adaptability,institutional pressure and green resource integration ability;the internal attention of executives negatively regulates the relationship between institutional pressure and green environmental adaptability,and positively regulates the relationship between institutional pressure and green resource integration ability;the positive regulatory effect of external attention and internal attention on the relationship between institutional pressure and organizational green learning ability is not significant.This study explores the intermediate mechanisms between institutional pressure and green innovation performance of enterprises based on the perspective of the relationship between the attention-based view and related theories such as dynamic capabilities,in an attempt to expand the research boundary of the influence of managers’ cognitive factors on corporate behavior,and to provide some reference for manufacturing enterprises to enhance green dynamic capabilities to improve green innovation performance. |
