This phenomenological study describes leader's expectations of employees who have obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) international curriculum degree. Furthermore, this study includes perceptions to determine if graduates are prepared to become leaders in today's global economy. The purpose of this study was to explore multinational managers' expectations of the MBAs international business curriculum. The goal of this study was to effectively ensure that graduates are getting significant value for their investment, as identified by multinational managers' expectations. Eight interviews were conducted to gain a better understanding of the participants lived experiences. Both face to face and phone interviews were utilized. Also, purposeful sampling was used. In this study, data was coded into different themes and subthemes using MAXQDA software. Key findings of this study included a description of whether MBA graduates are prepared to become leaders in today's global economy. In the end, the findings attempted to assist universities/colleges to better prepare and inform graduates whose goal is to become a leader in a multinational organization. The implications of this study were aimed at universities/college administration to assist in developing courses that meet the needs of hiring managers. Suggestions for future research focus on needs of obtaining an MBA in international business curriculum from the graduates' perspectives.;Keywords: Multinational organization, Masters of Business Administration, International Curriculum, Qualitative Study.
