A network-based model of peer mentoring through coaching for pastors, elders, and leaders of Gracenet

Relationships on earth are a reflection of life and commerce in the Trinity. The significance of emotional awareness and the importance of relational living are central in the life of all believers. The acquisition of emotional awareness and participation in sacred community are often neglected in the lives of leaders. Ministerial effectiveness depends more on emotional maturation than on any other issue by at least a two-to-one factor. This dissertation presents a researched-based protocol that creates emotional awareness and fosters relational living.
