With the emergence of the service model of service computing is becoming more and more mature and mobile Internet, networking and software services, the service system evolution, showing a multi tenant, complex structure, high concurrent access and multi terminal access characteristics. At present, sensing network as the core and extension of the next generation network, its exploration is at the beginning stage, and the complexity of the network application environment is more difficult than the designers in the design of the system. How to ensure the stability of network communication and to provide high efficient network quality of service(Qo S) become the main research object and explore the new direction of the network.In order to effectively improve the user's Qo S, this paper mainly studies an adaptive network system based on the utility function, and this paper mainly has the following research contents:First, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status of the adaptive method of perceptual network as well as the current network adaptive method, and then analyzes the difficulties and challenges. Secondly, the analysis of the environmental factors influence the perceived Qo S and the of modeling design, combined with the context aware technology philosophy, so as to put forward a oriented network aware adaptive Qo S framework, and the module of analysis and design of network Qo S performance monitoring and follow-up relevant Qo S automatic configuration to provide effective support. Again, the utility function based Qo S dynamic self configuration method and the Qo S using utility function to test dynamically determined the different user level Qo S priority, using interrupt mechanism, improve the service quality of the network. Finally, simulation experiments are carried out on two cases with no interrupt mechanism. The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the congestion of the network and make the network more stable.
