Study On The Influence Of Informal Institution On The Development Of Chinese Economy

The problems accumulated in the long-term development of economy have become increasingly prominent with the rapid growth of the Chinese economy for 40 years.The economic growth continues to decline,the growth of industrial and consumption are weak,and the demographic dividend is gradually fading.China's rapid economic growth has come at the cost of high energy consumption and high pollution.At present,the overtaking and extensive traditional economic development model that emphasizes the amount of growth doesn't meet the needs of the development of Chinese economy.The significant judgment that China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage(which was made in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China)indicated that China's economic development has changed from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development stage that pursues economic balance.At present,China may meet many problems and difficulties in the transition process of China's economic development to high-quality development;it is an important problem for us to explore the strategies and ideas suitable for China's national conditions and helpful for China to change to a high-quality economic development model.Institutional innovation is an important factor affecting economic development,and informal institution is an important part of institution.This paper,from the perspective of informal institution,makes an argumentation and analysis on the relationship between informal institution and Chinese economic development by taking the promotion of high-quality development of Chinese economy as the leading issue.In the process of China's economic reform and institutional changes,the impact and constraints of informal institution have been prominent.The informal institution,which is produced in the process of economy development,has positive regulation and negative regulation on the development of economy.If the informal institution meets the need of actual development and the economic law,it can promotes the improving of economic performance,otherwise,it may impede or reduce the increasing of economic performance.The informal institution has played an undeniable role in promoting the economic development since China's reform and opening up,which has been proved by the progressive reform in China.The progress of people's own cognitive ability,cultural level and customs,and ethics in the general social environment can be regarded as an important informal institution that affects the direction and process of reform when the external conditions of progressive reform are stable.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to demonstrate the relationship between the informal institution and China's economic development in order to further promote the high-quality development of China's economy.The thesis presents the background,significance and innovation points of the subject and a brief introduction between informal institutions and China's economy development.Starting with theoretical research of informal institutions influencing China's economy development.First,four aspects are selected as the transmission medium to illustrate the impact and demonstrates the transmission route of informal institutions on China's economic development.Representing four dimensions of informal institutions,cultural tradition,ideology,manners and customs and moral principles give argument and analysis on the internal mechanism and conduction way of China's economic development relations.In this way,the theoretical basis of informal institutions and China's economy development has been built.In the second place,based on theoretical basis,this study discusses the informal institutions and the development of China's economy from the perspective of the measurement standard,index selection and index trend of different dimensions.The argumentation and analysis in this thesis are strictly in accordance with the character and content of informal institutions and the course of China's economic development to measure define each dimension and select measurable indexes that conform to the informal institutions and have economic characteristics according to the national economic development standard.The unification of data selection,screening and optimization process are used to ultimately determine 16 measure indexes of informal institutions and 22 measure indexes of China's economic development to constitute the initial sequence panel data set respectively,and draw smooth curves and trend charts of the 16 and 22 indexes in turn,with the aid of data and abnormal distribution of critical point,and combining with the historical process and characteristics of China's economic development to present the cause of the more basic explanation.Third,build and correlate the comprehensive evaluation function of informal institutions and China's economic development through confirming analytical method.Then,according to the 22 indexes selected for China's economic development,establish the data panel of four large regions in China and the functions of informal system and the economic development of four regions in China respectively,demonstrate the impact relationship between informal institutions and regional economic development,and further illustrate the impact of informal institutions on China's economy.Meanwhile,the measurement index system of the transmission medium between the informal institutions and China's economic development is constructed,and the functional relationship between the informal institutions and the transmission medium,as well as between the China's economy and the transmission medium is established,which verifies the transmission path between the informal institutions and China's economic development.Finally,based on the above theoretical analysis,using the empirical data as a result,respectively from the "correct" guiding ideology and efficient change,accelerate the construction of market economy and culture development of countermeasures and Suggestions.
