| Relying on the technology catching-up mode of introducing digestion,absorption and re-innovation,China has risen rapidly in the global competition and become a superpower manufacturing.However,with the "ceiling" effect of technology introduction gradually emerging,the way of technology introduction seriously restricts the further development of our economy.Mastering the core technology and improving the ability of independent innovation have become the substantive problems to be solved urgently in the economic development of our country.Industrial key generic technology is the basic frontier technology to enhance the competitiveness of China’s industry,break through the bottleneck of key technology development,and realize the transformation from basic technology to technology commercialization.The key to solve the problem of "the first big manufacturing country and the big but not strong" is to realize the emergence of industrial key generic technology innovation.However,due to its own characteristics,industrial key generic technologies are facing special difficulties in the process of innovation,which makes it impossible for a single individual to achieve innovation independently and seriously inhibits the emergence of industrial key generic technology innovation.Therefore,industrial key generic technologies can not simply imitate other technological innovation modes with the concept of "basic research",and need to find other ways according to their own characteristics.It is particularly important to clarify the multi-agent cooperation needs of industrial key generic technological innovation and determine the emerging carriers of industrial key generic technological innovation.Regional innovation networks gather different innovators through generic goals,and form a network structure that is conducive to the emergence of industrial key generic technological innovation under the influence of the network capabilities of each innovator,thus forming a specific function to promote industrial key generic technological innovation and promote the emergence of innovation.Therefore,from the new perspective of regional innovation network,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically analyze the emergence mechanism of industrial key generic technological innovation and reveal the intrinsic nature and process of regional innovation system supporting the emergence of industrial key generic technological innovation.Firstly,on the basis of the study of the complex network theory,regional innovation theory and emergence theory,this paper clarifies the concepts and connotations of regional innovation network,industrial key generic technology innovation and innovation emergence,and analyses the impact of regional innovation network on the emergence of industrial key generic technology innovation,as well as the support of regional innovation network for industrial key generic technology.Based on the analysis of the operation process of innovation emergence,a conceptual model of the emergence mechanism of industrial key common technological innovation in regional innovation network is proposed,and the conceptual model is analyzed in detail.Secondly,based on the grounded theory and literature analysis method,the driving factors of promoting the emergence of industrial key generic technological innovation in regional innovation network are extracted.On this basis,an index system for evaluating the factors of innovation emergence is constructed,and the motivation of industrial key generic technological innovation emergence in regional innovation network is empirically analyzed by using Logistic model.Thirdly,using the whole network analysis method,game theory and so on,starting with the behavior of the main body of industrial key common technological innovation,this paper studies how the static connection behavior and dynamic interaction behavior between the main body of innovation can promote the emergence of industrial key common technological innovation,and reveals the main behavior basis of regional innovation network supporting the emergence of industrial key common technological innovation.Then,combined with complex network theory and emergence theory,the emergence process of industrial key generic technological innovation under different network structure types is analyzed with network structure as adjusting variable.Then,the network capability of industrial key generic technological innovation subjects and the network effect of regional innovation network are evaluated,and the middle-class of China’s regional innovation network is empirically analyzed with provincial and regional units.The emergence effect of industry key common technological innovation.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the emergence of industrial key common technological innovation in regional innovation network from the aspects of forming regional innovation network,multi-agent innovation pattern and innovation emergence support system to support the emergence of industrial key common technological innovation in regional innovation network.This paper will initially form a theoretical system of regional innovation network supporting the emergence of industrial key generic technological innovation.Through the study of the mechanism of innovation emergence,it will be helpful to deeply grasp the carrier role of regional innovation network in the emergence process of industrial key generic technological innovation and the inherent law of how to play its role.It will also be a theoretical study on the emergence of regional innovation network and industrial key generic technological innovation.It can provide useful reference for the development of practice. |
