Regional Social Capital’s Influence On Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprises:the Network Centricity Adjustment

With the rapid changes in the environment, the enterprises began to break the boundary to seek knowledge and resources needed for the innovation from the outside, and social capital has theoretical and practical significance for obtaining innovation resources and improving enterprise innovation to enterprise under the background of the enterprise. Therefore, how to enhance social capital for the promotion of enterprise technology innovation ability effect is the theory of regional economic and technological innovation subjects such as one of the important contents of concern and researchEspecially in the network environment, the social capital is closely related to the network, the social capital owned by individual or enterprise apply to its position in the network’s structure, the center position in the network, the innovation of the enterprise to obtain the more resources. As a result, the network centricity as a potential moderator variable of this study is necessary. However, the majority existing related research for the study is the linear correlation, and the empirical research is much less. Therefore, this article tries to clarify the nonlinear relationship among the regional social capital, the network centricity and enterprise technology innovation ability, especially clarify the adjustment of the network centricity in regional social capital and the enterprise technology innovation ability, this not only can enrich the related theory, also can help to provide theoretical support innovation activities for enterprises.As a result, on the basis of the review of existing research, this study constructed a research model based on network centricity regulating effect of regional social capital and the integration of enterprise technology innovation ability relations mechanism analysis. And the study research as follows:firstly, review the literature related to regional social capital and network centricity. Secondly, clarify the non-linear relationship among the regional social capital, network centricity and the enterprise technology innovation ability, then build the model and put forward the corresponding assumptions. Thirdly, get the survey data through the way of questionnaire, and uses the descriptive statistics, letter validity analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation model for the analysis of the data processing to verify the hypothesis. Finally, get the research conclusion of this article and put forward the corresponding management in combination with path analysis results.Conclusion of this study shows that:the three dimensions of regional social capital (social interaction, trust system, regional culture identity) have different effect on enterprise technology innovation ability, both social interaction and trust system have significant positive effect on enterprise technology innovation ability, but regional culture identity’s influence on the enterprise technology innovation ability is not significant. Network centricity has a positive effect on the relationship between regional social capital and enterprise technology innovation ability.
