Accelerating the construction of the innovation ecosystem is an important measure for China to launch the cause of “mass innovation, entrepreneurship”.The key is to coordinate the participation of many participating entities including core enterprises,non-core enterprises, financial investment institutions,third-party intermediaries, governments and research institutes.Co-creation behavior within value.Different types of innovation subjects carry out their heterogeneous roles to carry out collaborative innovation with each other and realize value creation.Among them,non-core enterprises that are constrained by core resources and attached to core enterprises gradually deepen into certain segments of the knowledge system in the context of the era of knowledge economy.Often, the high passion for innovation and entrepreneurship and the keen sense of the market have impacted the core enterprises.status.BOE’s flexible display subverts the monopoly era of Samsung LCD screens.Xiaomi’s user-guided knowledge integration process and Huawei’s open resource organization process have made them gradually become the leader in the development of next-generation information technology-new knowledge.Spillover.Non-core enterprises dominated knowledge spillovers not only meant a fundamental change in roles, but also a process of increasing contributions to the dynamic evolution of core enterprises and innovation ecosystems. While affirming the existence and significance of the reverse knowledge spillover phenomenon of non-core enterprises, through literature review,it was found that there are low knowledge transfer efficiency, homogeneous knowledge, excessive knowledge protection, and single knowledge transfer channels among enterprises in the innovation ecosystem. Not suitable for non-core companies to carry out reverse knowledge spillovers.Non-core enterprises are important units in the innovation ecosystem, and their reverse knowledge spillover behavior is inseparable from the impact of the innovation ecosystem as an innovation environment.Based on the above issues, the paper combines existing research results, analyzes its relationship with non-core companies’ reverse knowledge spillovers from the perspective of the innovation ecosystem, explores the mechanism of non-core enterprises’ reverse knowledge spillovers, and summarizes the promotion of non-core enterprises’ reverse knowledge spillovers.Valid path. The thesis is divided into three steps to create.First, spend a lot of time consulting the literature on innovation ecosystems, knowledge spillovers, organizational conventions, open innovation, and market competition to sort out the logical relationships between the research variables.Secondly, the system dynamic model of the degree of open innovation affecting reverse knowledge spillover, the system dynamic model of the degree of system convention affecting reverse knowledge spillover, and the mathematical deduction model of the degree of market competition affecting reverse knowledge spillover are separately constructed. Finally, based on the questionnaire data,a structural equation model and a hierarchical regression model are constructed to cross-validate the theory derived from the system dynamics model and mathematical model. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first two chapters are introduction, literature review and theoretical framework. The third chapter is to build a system dynamic model of reverse knowledge spillover from the perspective of open innovation. It studies the degree of innovation openness and reverse knowledge. The relationship between spillovers;Chapter 4,constructing a system dynamics model of reverse knowledge spillovers from the perspective of system conventions, studies the relationship between the degree of system conventions and reverse knowledge spillovers;Chapter 5,based on spatial competition theory and Nash Equilibrium theory studies the influence of the degree of competition in the external market of the innovation ecosystem and the degree of competition in the internal market of the innovation ecosystem on reverse knowledge spillovers respectively;in Chapter 6,the degree of innovation openness, the degree of system convention, the degree of intra-system competition, and the degree of extra-system competition The characteristic dimensions of the four innovation ecosystems are introduced into the conceptual model, and the path analysis and hierarchical analysis of the model are conducted. In the last chapter, the inductive elaboration is made from the three aspects of the research conclusions, management implications and future research prospects. It is found through research that the degree of innovation openness of the innovation ecosystem, the degree of system conventions, and the degree of internal and external market competition all have an impact on the reverse knowledge spillover effect of non-core enterprises.Among them, the greater the degree of innovation openness, the smaller the degree of competition within the system,The greater the degree of competition outside the system, the easier it is to promote the occurrence of reverse knowledge spillovers, and the role played by system conventions is more complex, with an inverted "U" shape effect. It is worth mentioning that the research verified that the knowledge integration capability of non-core enterprises is an indispensable driving force for reverse knowledge spillover behavior of non-core enterprises, not only in the degree of system convention, the degree of competition outside the system, the degree of innovation and openness,It played an important "intermediary bridge" role to knowledge spillovers, and played a "catalyst" role between the degree of competition in the system and the reverse knowledge spillovers of non-core companies. The research methods used in this paper are mainly simulation, mathematical models, structural equation models and hierarchical regression models. The analysis tools used are VENSIM,AMOS,STATA14.0 and other software. The focus and difficulty of the research lies in the design of system dynamics models and questionnaires, especially the design of system flow diagrams in system dynamics models, which must be combined with theoretical literature and in line with actual developments. In order to enhance the persuasiveness of the system dynamics model,a comparative analysis of multiple scenarios in different scenarios has been added. These cases have played a role in confirming the empirical analysis later. There are three main innovations in this article: a system dynamics model is established based on the reverse knowledge spillover mechanism model of non-core enterprises, and the two characteristic dimensions of the degree of innovation openness and system convention in the innovation ecosystem are explored against non-core enterprises. The impact of knowledge spillovers;established mathematical analysis models based on theories of spatial competition, and deduced the impact of the degree of competition within and outside the innovation ecosystem on non-core companies’ reverse knowledge spillovers;designed a survey scale that can be used for data analysis, and analyzed The influence mechanism of the innovation ecosystem on the reverse knowledge spillover effect of non-core enterprises.
