Research On Reverse Technology Spillover And Innovation Ability Enhancement Of Shenzhen Enterprises’ OFDI

In the environment of economic globalization,the competition among countries is becoming increasingly fierce.Developing countries such as China continue to have a cost advantage that is difficult to maintain in the international market.The level of technology has become the core competitiveness of a country or an enterprise.Foreign direct investment in access to advanced technology is an important way.Since China launched the "going out" strategy,enterprises’ foreign direct investment has also ushered in a historical stage of development.More and more scholars at home and abroad began to study China’s foreign direct investment,one of the main research areas is the relationship between OFDI reverse technology spillover and domestic technology progress.However,few scholars regard enterprise innovation as the result of FDI.This paper starts from the perspective of enterprise innovation,and narrows the scope to Shenzhen City,and analyzes the relationship between foreign direct investment and innovation capability improvement from the theoretical and empirical perspectives.This paper summarizes the related literature of OFDI reverse technology spillover,enterprise innovation capability and the relationship between OFDI reverse technology spillover and innovation capability,combs and summarizes the related theories of OFDI reverse technology spillover and innovation capability,and summarizes the mechanism of action;based on the theory,this paper uses the database of China’s industrial enterprises(2003-2007)and the foreign investment enterprises(mechanism)issued by the Ministry of Commerce This paper uses psm-did to measure the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on innovation capability.Empirical research shows that OFDI reverse technology spillover has a positive effect on innovation capability,that is,there is OFDI reverse technology spillover effect.In addition,this paper also analyzes the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on innovation capability of Huawei Enterprises Finally,the paper summarizes the relevant conclusions,and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations from the government and enterprise level to promote the OFDI reverse technology spillover effect and improve the innovation ability of enterprises.
