Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborate development escalating to the national strategy,the establishment of XiongAn new zone brings new development and connotation and power.The essence and core of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborate development is industrial collaboration and deep coalescence,it has to rely on the collaborate development between productive service industry and manufacturing industry.Specific speaking,it involves the planning and reconstructruction for industrial layouts optimization,industrial structure upgrading and adjustment,enterprise innovation and other aspects of the related activities.Therefore,it become an urgent topic to solve in current theoretical and practical situation that further rationalize the development of three industrial chain,accelerate regional industrial cooperation docking,form a reasonable regional industrial layout,cut through the linkage mechanism downstream of intra industry and inter industry,closely docking industry planning,avoid isomorphism homogeneity development.Based on the above issues,the thesis takes the “1 board,2 industries,3 regions” as the study objects,which is Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaboration board,productive service and manufacturing industries,and Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei 3 regions.It goes through the "phenomenon—effect—mechanism—method" research clue with the starting point of the intra-regional and inter-regional status between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei productive service industry and manufacturing industry,analyses in both static and dynamic views,tries to discuss in the following 3 areas: the macro layout for the collaboration between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei productive service industry and manufacturing industry,the collaboration between the meso industry chain adjustment and micro enterprises,and innovative activities.First of all,it takes the “phenomenon research” as introduction within a method of overall and partial analysis,researches the intra-regional and inter-regional situation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei between productive service industry and manufacturing industry in details,proposes the questions of industrial isomorphism between productive service industry,industrial development gradient between manufacturing industry.Secondly,with the support from the "mechanism",it proposes the Beijing-TianjinHebei productive service industry and manufacturing industry collaborative development mechanism from following 3 layers: macro layout optimization,meso industrial chain correlation,and micro enterprises knowledge correlation.It,from the macro space layout point of view,proposes the logical mechanism for optimization of industrial Synergy,industrial cluster,and space layout;from the meso industrial correlation point of view,proposes the effect mechanism for industrial vertical correlation and industrial collaboration;from micro enterprises' activities point of view,proposes the micro mechanism for promoting innovative activities from inter-enterprise knowledge correlation and ameliorating collaboration.Thirdly,it takes the “effect” as the solving breakthrough,from the two aspects of intra-regional and interregional,partial and overall perspectives,as well as dynamic and static analysis of the three regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the long-term equilibrium and short-term volatility of the two cooperative development are studied.The use of unit root test,Grainger causality test,a more comprehensive analysis of the measurement of the relationship between the counteraction test of the producer service industry and manufacturing industry,based on the vector error correction model(VECM)to analyze the dynamic relationship between the two,in order to explore the non-equilibrium characteristics of the coordinated development of two major industries.quantitative research methods use the intermediate demand rate,intermediate input rate,influence coefficient and the sensitivity coefficient,influence and study of Beijing Tianjin Hebei of productive service industry and manufacturing industry between the association and the role status.Fourth,Deepen the problem by factor research.In order to deepen the study of the problem,seven key drivers and synergy between producer services and manufacturing industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provinces are analyzed.the coupling degree model of productive service industry and manufacturing industry,separately from the regional estimates of two dimensions,two coordinated development between industry level,to quantify the regional coordinated development of reality of the two major industries within and between regions.The research shows that the coordination degree of the two industries in Tianjin is higher than that in Beijing and Hebei Provinces.using the panel model of key influence factors empirical industrial relevancy degree to further explain the Tianjin of productive service industry and manufacturing industry is not enough,there are reasons to hinder its development system and mechanism.Finally,it takes the "route" as the foothold.the paper studies the path choice of the coordinated development of the three industry and the two industry.From based on the urban space dimension optimization of industrial spatial layout,based on industry chain dimension strengthened synergy evolution,based on enterprise knowledge value chain associated dimension shape the enterprises between the network and so on Three levels: the cooperative ideas and ways are put forward,based on the previous research,put forward measures of coordination development of industry,put forward measures of constructing industry cooperative Environment based on driving factors dimension.
