Study On Operational Mechanism And Simulation Of Tourism Logistics System Based On Thought Of People-Goods Separation And Combination

With the booming tourism economy,tourism industry has become more dependent on logistics industry,and the improvement of China's transportation network and the diversity and convenience of transportation have made it easier with logistics services for tourists to travel to and from their destinations.In this context,the operational mode of “people-goods combination” or “people-goods separation” in the traditional tourism process has not satisfied the experience needs of tourists such as “easy travel” and “hands-free travel”.The emergence of tourism logistics has changed the conventional tourism operational mode,whilst the complexity of its system puts forward new requirements for its operational mechanism--the realization of "people-goods separation and combination" in the tourism process,in order to effectively improve the level of tourism services.This paper takes "the design of the operational mechanism of tourism logistics system in line with the evolution of affairs" as the research purpose.The main problem to be solved is to construct a feasible tourism logistics system from the perspective of Complexity Science,including: exploring the inherent complexity of tourism logistics system,constructing a tourism logistics system framework that supports“people-goods separation and combination”,designing an effective operational mechanism of tourism logistics system,and verifying the feasibility of this operational mechanism.In response to the above questions,the following research work are carried out:Firstly,it is revealed with the complex attributes of tourism logistics system.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the research status of tourism logistics at home and abroad,the objectives and components of tourism logistics system are defined.The openness,dynamics,integrity,nonlinearity and adaptability of tourism logistics system are taken as the starting point,and the complex attributes of tourism logistics system are analyzed.With Multifractal theory of solving complex problems,the measurement method of tourism logistics system complexity is given,and the complexity of the designed tourism logistics system is measured.The results indicate: There is a complicated action mechanism between the multifractal spectrums corresponding to logistics and tourists in tourism industry,and the complexity of tourism logistics system can be characterized by the spectral width of the multifractal spectrum of thecomplexity phase diagram of tourism logistics system,whilst its value is approximately 1.9,illustrating that tourism logistics system has multiple fractal characteristics that are not completely self-similar.Secondly,from the perspective of Holism of complexity science,the framework of tourism logistics system is constructed.Based on Holism,tourism logistics system is regarded as an open and independent whole.Combined with the three bodies of tourism,the static structure of tourism logistics system is clarified,thus defining the research boundary of tourism logistics system,namely the subject matter of tourism logistics system is: items A consisting of goods demanded,supplied and sold by the tourism service providers,and items B of which the ownership or use rights belongs to tourists.After the logistics process involved in tourism logistics is modularized,it merges into the dynamic process of the continuous separation and combination of tourists and A and B items,forming the basic thought of "people-goods separation and combination" and providing a tactical angle for the field of tourism logistics system.Based on the thought of people-goods separation and combination,the basic characteristics of its tourism logistics system are clarified,and the “in-out transition process” is depicted that consists of the three conceptual elements of “in-trip goods”,“out-of-trip goods”and “proposed out-of-trip goods”,so as to construct the framework of tourism logistics system.Thirdly,from the perspective of Synergism of complexity science,the operational mechanism of tourism logistics system based on the thought of people-goods separation and combination is designed.Through the coupling dynamic analysis of tourism activities and logistics activities,based on Synergism and the thought of people-goods separation and combination,a mechanism with general paradigm and synchronously supporting the logistics of items A and B is designed with the basic region as the node,the collection and distribution center as the transfer,the production unit as the support,the basic unit as the window,and the information platform as the control.Combined with Logistics System theory,the targeted inventory and distribution mode and corresponding loading/unloading strategy are developed.Thereby,the circulation mechanism of goods under the operational mechanism is designed,and it reveals that the designed tourism logistics system presents the dual-area basic mode of “BasicRegion+Shadow Region”.Fourthly,from the perspective of Complex System theory of complexity science,the feasibility of the operational mechanism of tourism logistics system based on the thought of people-goods separation and combination is analyzed with simulation..Aiming at the dual-area mode of tourism logistics system,taking the "inventory factor" as the starting point,the dynamic model of tourism logistics system is constructed based on System Dynamics.Based on the simulation software of VENSIM,applying the tourism-field data in Hainan Province,the auxiliary variables and constants are valued in a bid to realize the simulation of tourism logistics system.The simulation results show that in the period of one year,with the variation of tourists' flow,the efficiency of combination-and-separation between A and B items and tourists can reach up to 100%,that is,the designed operational mechanism of tourism logistics system can realize the free combination and separation between people and goods in tourism activities,achieving the goal of enhancing the travel experience of customers.Based on the revealing of the complexity of tourism logistics system,this paper proposed a new concept of tourism logistics system based on the thought of people-goods separation and combination,designed the operational mechanism of tourism logistics system based on the thought of people-goods separation and combination,and analyzed the feasibility of this operation mechanism with simulation.Research conclusions can not only guide the operations of tourism enterprises,but also enhance the personal experience of tourists,therefore providing the support on making decisions for the continuous implementation of tourism logistics management and optimization.
