Research On Innovation Knowledge Spillovers Mechanism And Effects

According to the practical need of giving full play of radiation influence of the national independent innovation demonstration zone and comprehensive implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,this dissertation conducts in-depth study on the internal law of innovation knowledge spillover from the perspective of knowledge holder.Based on the study,this dissertation also tries to propose some policies to stimulate the innovation knowledge spillover,which could make it lead and support economic and social development.Main study contents are as follows:(1)Study on the driving mechanism of innovation knowledge spillover.Based on the essence of knowledge,this dissertation studies on the motive reasons.It also focuses on the independent driving force produced by knowledge holder,receiver,government and market and extracts the most fundamental driving mechanism of innovation knowledge spillover.The driving mechanism includes the following contents: the knowledge holder needs to integrate the receiver’s innovation resources and upgrade and re-innovate knowledge;meanwhile,it also requires the knowledge stock gap between knowledge holder and receiver and strong absorbing capability of the receiver;besides,the innovation knowledge spillover is supported and stimulated by receiver’s strong demand of innovation knowledge,the cooperation of knowledge holder and receiver,government’s support and market competition.(2)To analyze the driving principles of innovation knowledge spillover based on the FISM Model.This dissertation selects 8 aspects,24 items of elements and function relations of knowledge spillover system based on analyzing driving mechanism of the innovation knowledge spillover,using method of data mining and rougth set theory’s simplified approach.And according to the five levels of innovation knowledge spillover of the FISM Model,with the help of multivariate statistical analysis method,this dissertation quantifies the effects between the most fundamental 3 factors,and studies on the driving principles of holder’s willingness,cooperation of supply chain,and receiver’s and holder’s development.Therefore,the dissertation could clarify the function procedure of practical benefits brought by innovation knowledge spillover for two parties of the spillover and even the whole system.(3)Study on the effect of innovation knowledge spillover.In reference to other innovation assessment indexes and the features of holder’s effect,this dissertation,with holder-orientation,builds the assessment index system and measurement method of innovation knowledge spillover.Meanwhile,this dissertation,making use of principal component analysis,carries out empirical research on Zhongguancun National Independent innovation Zone.The research,from three perspectives of Zhongguancun’s overall situation,key industries and main subparks,analyzes innovation knowledge spillover effect of Zhongguancun,and thus comes to reasonable conclusions of regional innovation knowledge spillover effect.(4)To propose a feedback mechanism of innovation knowledge spillover based on the assessment index system,and analyse the Zhongguancun Science Park with method of econometrics as an empirical sample.In the analysis,we test the truth,effectiveness,and the lag,mutual effects between resourses allocation,innovation production and political environment.(5)To proposeseveral measures to stimulate the innovation knowledge spillover.All in all,this dissertation is written based on the comprehensive and in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,current technological,economic and social development needs and the research of mechanism and effect of innovation knowledge spillover from the perspective of spillover holder.Thus it is theoretically and practically valuable for enriching the study method and system of knowledge spillover and realizing regional collaborative innovation and development.
