More than 30 years of reform and opening-up,our country private enterprise from scratch,since the childhood,from weak to strong,and has become an important force to promote the growth of national economy.As a feature of an age change an unstoppable trend,the development of private enterprises is more and more the height of the Chinese society and even the world attention.At the same time,in recent years,there are several financial frauds in China's capital market.Behind these financial fraud,usually considered to be due to the mechanism of corporate governance of listed companies created serious problems.Behind the reflection on the accounting fraud,a very important problem is at the core of enterprise,the founder of the cultural level,style and moral standards will be how much influence on fraud,founder of the private enterprise education background and what exactly is the relationship between enterprise development mode?Existing literature still did not give a clear answer to this question,it remains to be system in-depth research,that is where the purpose of this article selected topic.Studying the development of private enterprises,relationship between government and enterprises should not only from the protection of property rights,such as the Angle of the institutional environment to explore,and to consider from the Angle of the people.More and more data and the fact that the entrepreneur's education level,professional quality,ethics,etc,directly related to the prosperousity and the failure of the enterprise.In view of our country at present a lot of listed private enterprises directly served as chairman of the board of directors of the company founder,the founder of strategic choice of the enterprise,the enterprise performance and the influence of information disclosure.Therefore,the founder of the education background on the influence of the development model of private enterprises,will be solve the problem of the main study in this paper.This article to education background as a starting point,the founder,respectively from the enterprise business model,enterprise behavior and economic consequences to explore three aspects to conduct a comprehensive system.Specifically,this paper studies the main content and conclusion are divided into the following four parts:The first part,the entrepreneur's IPO of individual character description.Respectively from the listed when the founder of the initial level of education,the MBA education experience,age,job title and domicile of origin,etc on the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs in detail the description of the objective.Further,the external factors affecting the level of entrepreneurship education are analyzed in this paper.The second part,the entrepreneur education background and the choice of business model research.Enterprises use the different business models often determines the success or failure of the enterprise.How the entrepreneurs of different education background according to their own resources endowment and the external environment,choose suitable for their own development business model,is the founder of the top issue facing the creation and development of enterprise needs.This section from the enterprise specialization degree,directors,supervisors and senior managers with political connections and governance of the family of three dimensions,the study found the founder have received higher education enterprise in the choice of different business models.Specifically,there are cultural entrepreneurs in enterprise specialization degree is higher,less use of family governance model,but the directors,supervisors and senior managers have political contact,there is no significant difference.The third aspect,this paper studies entrepreneurship education background and further research of enterprise behavior.This section from the enterprise industry characteristics,corporate donation behavior,R&D investment and enterprise violate compasses from five aspects,examine the education level,founder of the impact on corporate behaviour.The research found that:(1)there are cultural entrepreneurs founded enterprises in a more controlled industry barriers to entry,in terms of industry type,there are cultural entrepreneurs founded enterprises mainly concentrated in technology-intensive industries,less access to labor-intensive industries.(2)in terms of corporate donation,there are cultural entrepreneurs founded enterprises less after the listed company donation behavior.(3)in terms of R&D,there are cultural entrepreneurs founded in post-marketing pay more attention to the innovation of enterprise,R&D spending more.(4)in the aspect of corporate wrongdoing,there are cultural entrepreneurs founded enterprises less irregularities.The fourth aspect,this article also examines the different education background entrepreneurs choose the economic consequences of development models.This section first behavior economic consequence variables can be divided into two dimensions: market performance and accounting performance.Then respectively entrepreneurship education background and the relationship between the corporate performance.The study found that: to the entrepreneurs of different education background,accounting performance there was no significant difference,but there are cultural entrepreneurs founded enterprises listed after the market performance is better.Based on entrepreneurship education background and enterprise development model of the relationship between research,investigates the background of Chinese special education system under the background of entrepreneur relationship with the company's financial behavior at the same time,examine the high ladder team the applicability of the theory in our country,which further expands the existing literature the width and depth of the research on management quality.In this paper,on the other hand hold the system background and characteristics of the reality of the enterprise development and innovation in the enterprise business model is divided into dependent structure,government and family governance model,not only deepen the analysis framework of the existing research,and accurately portray the reality of the development of private enterprises in China,help to deeply understand the differences between the education level of entrepreneurial management behavior.
