After 80's of the 20 centuries,the enterprise culture suffered widespread concerns as a newly arisen theory. The function of the entrepreneur becomes more prominent during a enterprise's naissance,development and comedown periods.Just like a Chinese old saying: the man who can make you success can make you defeated as well .Thereupon,when some scholars study the corporate culture,they lapsed from the Marxist material point of view,and aggrandized the importance of entrepreneur,they think that the corporate culture just is the culture of the entrepreneur. Focusing on this situation, Before we expatiate the relationship of the entrepreneur and enterprise culture,this paper explains the conception of'entrepreneur'and'enterprise culture',compares relevant discussions from internal and overseas, devides connotations of them.That is, entrepreneur is the enterprise leader with some kinds of general functions,and enterprise culture is the holistic life style of an enterprise colony,and the relationship of them is interactional.And then,this paperuses the Marxist material point of view as academic foundations,seeks Friedrich Engels'philosophical original works for support augments,and diggs up directions of the enterprise phylogeny from the study of social histories.This article constructs the corporate culture from a new point of view,demonstrates the argumentation that entrepreneurs should be in the leading position,and employees should be taken as the'main body'in a corporate culture,and the enterprise culture should be grown up during the naissance and development of the enterprise. The management decision-making of the entrepreneur and the changing development of the enterprise culture must be based on the enterprise's history and development process. We must follow the principle of holistic cultures,control the appropriate measures,and adopt democracy decision-making method.We also must not make the mistakes of individualism,but at the same time,be against to the other tendency,that is:we also must avoid to go wrong into group polarization and group thought.At last, this paper retrieves the idea of modern and post-modern management theory, constructively expounds that what kind of enterprise culture should the entrepreneur establish.It also gives the thread about the buiding of enterprise culture's common integrity and the construction of enterprise culture during different periods of the enterprise.
