Research On The Upgrading Of Yunnan's Industrial Structure From The Perspective Of Green Development

Through industrial adjustment,the upgrading of industrial structure can transfer the limited factor resources from the industrial sectors with low production efficiency to the sectors with high production efficiency,so as to promote the coordinated development of various industries and realize the transformation of economic development mode and sustainable economic growth.According to the general law of industrial economic development in the world,economic growth is always accompanied by various social problems such as resource consumption,ecological environment pollution and widening income gap.Therefore,to deal with the relationship between ecological environmental protection and industrial structure upgrading has become a major practical problem that the academia and the government need to solve.Since the world environment and development commission published our common future in 1987,it has stressed the importance of accelerating the green upgrading of the industrial structure and improving the quality of economic development through the development and effective use of emerging resources,improving the efficiency of existing resources and reducing pollution emissions.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of "green",since the party 18 to,ecological civilization construction and economic construction,cultural construction,social construction,political construction,formed the "five one" strategic development pattern,put forward to uphold the people rich green,green,constantly adjusting and optimizing spatial structure and industrial structure,promote green development and production and way of life,together to promote people’s rich and beautiful country rich and strong China.40 years of reform and opening-up,the collection resources enrichment region,water source area,ecological barrier area,cultural characteristics such as characteristic areas,border areas and poor areas in the integration of long-term economic development in national regions depends on the natural resources endowment,the development of resources industry constitutes a challenge to the ecological carrying capacity,and caused serious destruction to theecological environment,the level of economic development lags behind the ecological environment protection for a long time.Under the background of ecological priority and green development strategy,the upgrading of industrial structure has become an important path and inevitable choice to break through the bottleneck of economic development.This paper takes yunnan province,an area inhabited by ethnic minorities in southwest China,as the research object,and carries out in-depth research on the upgrading of industrial structure in yunnan province from the perspective of green development according to the research idea of "putting forward problems--basic theories--analysis and evaluation--countermeasures and Suggestions".Specifically,first of all,the system combed the related literature both at home and abroad,to clarify and define the industrial structure,industrial structure upgrade and related concepts of green development,and both at home and abroad about the research progress of green development and upgrade of industrial structure were summarized,building the green development and upgrade of industrial structure of logic analysis framework.Secondly,green resources endowment conditions in yunnan province and the present conditions of the industrial structure system,analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and types,and on this basis,based on green development perspective,from the green economic growth and sustainable development,social stability and harmonious development,friendly ecological environment protection and the development ability of three pairs of relations,to upgrade the level of industrial structure in yunnan province has carried on the comprehensive evaluation.It is shown that the spatial distribution of population,resources and ecological environment is not coordinated in the upgrading of industrial structure in yunnan province,ecological function degradation and environmental problems are prominent,the regional layout of industrial structure is not optimal,industrial competitiveness is not strong,and the coordination degree between national culture and tourism development is not strong.Finally,in the upgrading of industrial structure in yunnan province under the perspective of green development existence question,on the basis of drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign green transformationand upgrading of industrial structure,put forward the path of the green upgrade of industrial structure in yunnan province basically has two: one is the "greening" of traditional advantage industry upgrading,such as: the development of characteristic ecological agriculture,advocating low carbon green industry,the development of national characteristic ecological cultural tourism,etc.;Second,promote green upgrading of industrial structure with the development of strategic emerging industries,such as the development of modern biological industry,health industry,new-generation communication technology industry and advanced equipment manufacturing industry.In addition,we should support the green upgrading of industrial structure in terms of talent support,technological guidance,infrastructure construction,policy support,ecological and environmental protection and transformation of development mode.
