Research On The Impact Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer To Industrial Structure Upgrading In Gansu Province

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,creating a "world miracle"that is praised by people.At the same time of rapid development,it faces various problems.with the increasing cost of labor,land and other factors in the eastern region,China's demographic dividend has gradually disappeared,and China's economy has passed the "Lewis turning point".Eastern labor-intensive and capital-intensive industry write-downs due to rising costs,for the purpose of profit maximization to the Midwest transfer,industrial transfer can not only make the eastern developed regions in the process of vacate cage for a bird to develop the knowledge and technology intensive industries,but also can be implemented in the process of industrial relocation transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.As for the place of industrial transfer,scientific and reasonable undertaking of industrial transfer can not only extend the local industrial chain and change the employment structure,but also realize economic growth and industrial structure upgrading by giving full play to technological spillover and industrial cluster effect.With the gradual improvement of infrastructure,the central and western regions have possessed the advantages of low cost of production factors,abundant resources and energy,obvious improvement of investment environment,and the conditions for actively undertaking the gradient transfer of eastern coastal areas are becoming more and more mature.To undertake industry shift to less developed areas use of advantage of backwardness economic catch-up and domestic rising in value chain provides a good way of thinking,the western underdeveloped region by following the appropriate industry transfer can completely realize the industry development and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and to form new industries,new forms,new development model.At the same time,undertaking government should protect the ecological problems,try to avoid energy-consuming,high pollution and low value-added industries pouring in.This paper firstly reorganize the related documents systematically about industrial transfer from home and abroad,it explores the links between undertaking industrial transfer and economic growth or industrial structure upgrade,and then I analyzed present situation and problems about undertaking industrial transfer and industrial structure upgrading in China and Gansu Province,trying to find out why the industrial structure of Gansu upgraded slowly and the reason of Gansu Province undertaking industrial transfer.In this paper,I use industrial gradient coefficient method and the establishment of panel data model and other methods,Gansu Province undertakes domestic and foreign industrial transfer in-depth study,I found that undertaking industrial transfer can promote the optimization and upgrading of Gansu Province's industrial structure to a certain extent.In addition,this paper also selects the industries undertaken by Gansu Province based on the actual situation,finds out the advantageous industries that are conductive to the economic development and industrial upgrading of Gansu Province,and puts forward relevant Suggestions for undertaking industrial transfer in Gansu Province.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Undertaking industrial transfer has markedly improved the upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu Province,with the increase of scale and level of industry to undertake industrial transfer,and will continue to upgrade industrial structure,to undertake foreign industry transfer can promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu Province,to undertake industry shift in eastern developed parts of the country also can promote the upgrading of industrial structure.(2)Undertaking industrial transfer can affect the upgrading of industrial structure through adjustment effect,that is,to undertake industrial transfer and promote industrial structure upgrading will be affected by other factors.The adjustment effect of undertaking industrial transfer,technological innovation and opening to the outside world can promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Gansu Province,indicating that the upgrading effect of industrial structure can be enhanced by enhancing technological innovation,expanding opening to the outside world and improving infrastructure.(3)In the process of undertaking industrial transfer,Gansu Province should pay attention to the scientificity and rationality,we should adhere to the innovative,green and opening model of undertaking industrial transfer,and avoid the negative impact of environmental pollution,industrial isomorphism and disorder.Only scientific and reasonable to take the initiative to undertake industries with good industrial levels and good development momentum can promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure in Gansu Province.
