With the integration of information communication technology and economic society,data shows the explosive growth trend.Data has become important strategic resource,which is considered as the diamond mine in the 21 st century.Under the active promotion of national policies,the concept of big data transactions has gradually landed,various forms of big data trading platforms are emerging,which lays the good foundation for meeting the big data service demand of the economy and society.But the big data trading market is still in the early stage of development at present,and its development is not complete enough.Therefore,the big data alliance is composed of related enterprises with different types of data and processing technologies.It integrates their core resources and provides data services for the society through data sharing.It is another service model of the big data exchange market and plays an important role in improving the big data exchange market.Based on tracing and summarizing the research status,development trend and practice situation of big data,big data alliance,data aggregation and service model,analyses and defines the related concepts and characteristics of big data alliance and data aggregation service.From the perspective of value co-creation,based on the analysis of data resource sharing relationship,data aggregation hierarchy and service coupling relationship,this paper constructs data aggregation service value co-creation model by using service dominant logic,super-network and dynamic capability theory,and analyses the cooperative relationship among members of the value co-creation network,and reveals value co-creation mechanism.On this basis,the data aggregation service model framework of big data alliance is proposed,which consists of original level data aggregation service model,feature level data aggregation service model and decision level data aggregation service model.Original level data aggregation service model provides user basic product and derivative product service solution.According to the data resource sharing and transaction process,the original level data aggregation service process model is constructed from the aspects of user requirement publishing,information searching,service composition,delivery and feedback.Based on the user demand separation point,service patterns are divided into demand-driven and active push.The guarantee measure for data product transaction is constructed from three aspects: security precaution,transaction pricing,and operation supervision.Feature level data aggregation service model provides user with portrait product,atlas product and network product service solution through the correlation analysis of data resource.According to the actual situation of big data alliance,the service process model of feature level data aggregation is constructed from the aspects of user requirement identification,tag extraction,panoramic modeling,configuration,delivery and feedback.Based on the service definition and description of user,the corresponding data infiltration association service pattern is selected.And the guarantee measure of data infiltration association service is constructed from three aspects: situation level,innovation source level and platform level.Decision level data aggregation service model provides user with intelligence support product,design support product,choice support product,implementation support product service solution.On this basis,the service process model of decision level data aggregation is constructed from the aspects of user demand mining,modular creation,extension service model,delivery and feedback.Alliance and user can communicate and interact continuously through meticulous consultation,principal-agent,multi-negotiation and continuous follow-up.The guarantee measure of decision support service is constructed from three aspects: system standard,service balance and resource allocation.In the empirical research part,some enterprises in zhongguancun big data industry alliance are selected as the research objects to form the ZSJ big data alliance.The alliance provides data service as the main business.And then,the cooperation form,organization structure and data resource status are analyzed.On this basis,the data aggregation service model proposed in this paper is applied to the case of enterprise alliance,to testify the science and rationality of the research results.And find out the problems,optimize the scheme,improve the data aggregation service model management system of big data alliance.Some main innovative results have been obtained in the research of data aggregation service model,on the basis of revealing the relationship among different levels of big data aggregation and the mechanism of value co-creation of big data alliance,the data aggregation service model system of big data alliance composed of three different levels of data aggregation service is constructed.Meanwhile,the data resource sharing relationship,value network and service model are deeply studied,and the corresponding co nstruction methods are proposed,such as exploring the data resource sharing relationship based on the improved Lotka-Volterra model,revealing the operation law of data aggregation service value co-creation network from the service-oriented logic perspective,and constructing the extension service model of big data alliance by using extension theory,etc.The empirical research results show that the proposed service model and methods are feasible and applicable.This research will help the big data industry of our country innovate the data resource service management model according to the requirements of the emerging mobile network economy,and plays a great role in improving the data resource sharing and utilization efficiency of big data alliance.At the same time,it has important theoretical significance to study the organizational theory of enterprise alliance in the era of digital economy.
