Research On Decision Support Service Model Of Big Data Alliance

In order to make up for the shortcomings of data trading platform and institutions,and better promote the flow and utilization of data resources,big data alliance is formed by enterprises who master different types of data resources.Through the way of data resource sharing,the enterprise can flexibly support the decision-making according to the market demand,and provide decision-making support services for the society more efficiently.Therefore,it is urgent to build a set of decision support service model that can give full play to the advantages of big data alliance,so as to break and reorganize the data held by different social fields,different enterprises and different departments,so as to provide support services for higher-level and more comprehensive management decisions,so that enterprises can make full and effective use of big data resources to make scientific and effective decisions,and then improve their own competition Competence.On the basis of summarizing the research status and related concepts of big data alliance,decision support,service mode at home and abroad,this paper reveals the coupling mechanism of big data alliance decision support service based on Hypercycle Theory,and on this basis,according to the characteristics of user needs,constructs two decision support service modes of big data alliance based on complete user information and incomplete user information.Decision support service mode based on complete user information includes user demand description,information search and matching,service scheme formation,delivery and feedback,interaction and follow-up service mode,etc.Decision support service mode based on incomplete user information includes user demand mining,missing information supplement,service scheme formation,delivery and feedback,fine consultation and multi consultation service mode,etc.Finally,taking Zhongguancun big data industry alliance as the empirical research object,this paper conducts an empirical study to verify the feasibility and rationality of the decision support service model proposed in this paper.In the process of providing decision support services,big data alliance focuses on promoting cooperation among all walks of life,vigorously promoting the application of technical achievements of big data and big data alliance in all walks of life,realizing complementary data resources of different industries and multiple dimensions,and promoting the overall development level of member enterprises in big data alliance.The advocates of big data alliance adhere to the principle of "comprehensive aggregation and deep understanding" The development strategy of big data of "mining and efficient application" is to carry out comprehensive and deep-seated cooperation and construct data ecological chain in an all-round way,meanwhile,to promote the development of healthy innovation of big data industry and the promotion of innovative application.
