Development Models Of Urban Leisure Industry From The Perspective Of Urban Resources

As an important industrial form in the process of urbanization,the leisure industry has gradually become a new growth point of China's national economy,leading the urban development to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,in-depth study of the development model and path of urban leisure industry is a realistic need to improve the overall development level of China's leisure industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure.The development of urban leisure industry depends on the resource elements supplied by the city,and the various resource elements interact to jointly drive the development of the industry.This paper takes urban leisure industry as the research object from the perspective of urban resources,explores the interaction between urban resources and urban leisure industry,and proposes different modes of urban leisure industry development.The main contents and innovative contributions are reflected in the following aspects:First,a conceptual model of urban leisure industry development model driven by resources is constructed.Through the combing of the dynamics of industrial development and the development model,the paper establishes the analysis framework of “resource evaluation analysis-the driving relationship between resources and industry-the model exploration”,starting with the analysis of urban resources outside the leisure industry,analyzing urban resources to the urban leisure industry.The driving force plays a role in summarizing the development model of leisure industry through the combination of different resource dynamics,thus constructing a conceptual model of urban leisure industry development model driven by resources.Secondly,it puts forward the composition of urban resource system from the perspective of leisure industry and constructs an evaluation index system of urban resources.Based on literature research and expert consultation methods,this study divides the urban resource system into five subsystems: natural resources,population resources,economic resources,scientific and technological cultural resources,and urban functional resources.Based on this,the specific measurement indicators are selected and the sample data is used.Verify the rationality of the selection of these measures.Through the principal component analysis of the sample data,the invalid indicators were removed from the original indicators,and finally the urban resource evaluation index system with 31 specific measures in five areas and nine areas was constructed,forming a relatively complete city from the perspective of leisure industry.Resource analysis framework.Third,explore the driving role of urban resources on urban leisure industry,and analyze the role of different urban resources on the driving force of urban leisure industry.Through correlation,regression analysis and relative weight analysis,the research found that the five urban resource factors and urban leisure industry output have a significant positive relationship,among which economic resources and population resources contribute the most to the urban leisure industry output,which constitutes the city.The leading resources for the development of leisure industry,urban functional resources and scientific and technological cultural resources contribute less to the output of urban leisure industry,and thus constitute an auxiliary resource for the development of urban leisure industry.And these resource elements will interact,resulting in greater utility than a single resource,thereby achieving ‘resource value-added' and thus ‘industry value-added'.Fourth,identify different modes of urban leisure industry development driven by urban resources.This study proposes that economic resources,population resources,scientific and technological cultural resources and urban functional resources constitute the basic driving force for the development of leisure industry.Based on the combination of these four urban resource dynamics,different models that drive the development of urban leisure industry can be constructed.In this study,the urban resources of the sample cities were evaluated,and the contribution of the public factors was used as the weight.The comprehensive scores of the four types of urban resources were calculated to summarize the urban resource characteristics of the sample cities.Then,the sample cities are clustered by the inter-class average connection method,and according to the law of resource combination of these sample cities,different modes of urban leisure industry development under the perspective of resources are identified.Through cross-contrast analysis,this study proposes four industrial development models: comprehensive strength-driven development model,economic and population-driven development model,urban function,science and technology cultural resource-driven development model and resource-balanced driving model.The case study analyzes the development model of urban leisure industry in Zhuhai,and proposes that the urban leisure industry in Zhuhai is the driving mode for urban function and science and technology culture,and proposes countermeasures for the optimization of industrial model.This study explores the interaction between resources and industry,deepens the study of urban leisure industry theory,and helps urban managers systematically analyze and evaluate the status of urban resources.It is of great practical guiding significance to give play to the driving advantages of its own resources,to choose the path of the leisure industry development model,and to promote the rapid development of the urban leisure industry.
