Research On Coupling Development Between Creative City And Urban Leisure And Its Driving Mechanism

With the rapid development of globalization and the rapid development of new economy,all countries in the world have experienced tremendous economic and social transformation since 1990s.Cities began to change the industrial image,and began to regenerate driven by the science and technology innovation as well as cultural creativity.The contradiction between Living-adaptability and Enterprise-adaptability emerged in the industrial park and technology park on the edge of the city.The product structure of the scattered leisure services is single and some of the city's industrial heritage remains to reduce the vitality of city.In early 21 Century,the new production relationship of integration of creative industry and urban leisure industry has not only promoted many new industries such as electric business and B&B hotel,but also reshaped city's form,characteristics and function.The city's regeneration and optimization driven by the coupling development of creative city and urban leisure system is a new phenomenon,and the driving mechanism of creative urban and urban leisure coupling development is also a new and front topic,which has become the focal area and hot issue the government and researcher concerned about.The coupling development of creative city and urban leisure is not only the change of social economic form and urban spatial structure,but also the important direction of urban function promotion and cultural characterization.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature about urban leisure and creative city,this thesis reveals the internal mechanism of coupling development of' creative city and urban leisure and analyzes four kinds of internal driving force and four kinds of external driving force of the coupling development,including spatial driving force,economic driving force,talent driving force,integration driving force,government driving force,consume driving force,resources driving force and creativity driving force.Finally,the thesis puts forward the driving mechanism model of coupling development of creative city and urban leisure,empirical analyzes the coupling development of Hangzhou City and gives some policy suggestions.To sum Lup,this thesis mainly answers the f'ollowing questions:1)What kind of interactive relationship exists in creative city and urban leisure?2)What are the driving factors of this relationship?3)How does this kind of interaction show in Hangzhou.The results show that:1)the coupling of creative city and urban leisure embodied in the four aspects including economic factors,cultural factors,technological factors and environmental factors;2)city spatial updating,governance,talent development and economic development are the external driving forces of coupling development of creative city and urban leisure while industrial integration,creativity updating,resources and consumption are internal forces of coupling development of creative city and urban leisure.
