| With the continuous improvement of the urbanization level in China,the focus of urbanization development shifts from paying attention to the development speed to paying attention to the development quality.Nowadays,the society is extremely rich in material,and it also makes people pay more attention to the spiritual world.Urban leisure gradually becomes an important part of people's lives.Researching on urban leisure will help people improve their quality of life and promote the improvement of urban leisure systems.However,the study of urban leisure in our country started relatively late and is still in its infancy.There is a lack of systematic analysis to deeply analyze and research the entire urban leisure system.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,with Lingo 11.0,Spss,Matlab 2013a and other software,a DEA model with improved grey relational degree AHP constraint cone is established.With the aid of a leisure evaluation index system,the urban leisure systems of 24 cities in 2014 are evaluated to maximize urban leisure construction output:max(μYj0+μ0L)According to the model results,the ranking of urban leisure building efficiency is given.Among them,the top three rankings of urban leisure system construction efficiency are Chongqing,Beijing,and Wuhan.This model improves the effective aberrations of the vast majority of DMUs that appear in the original grey relational degree AHP model.Then This paper introduces the membership degree in fuzzy C-means clustering into particle swarm optimization,Combined with artificial immune algorithm,an immune particle swarm clustering algorithm based on FCM is proposed.This method avoids problems such as premature convergence of particle swarm optimization algorithm,low search accuracy,and solves the problem that traditional cluster analysis is difficult to handle high-dimensional data.And using this algorithm,we classify the level of leisure in 24 cities.The final classification results are:Category Ⅰ:Hangzhou,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Fuzhou;Category Ⅱ:Xi'an,Guangzhou,Chengdu,Wuhan,Nanjing,Beijing,Chongqing,Tianjin;Category Ⅲ:Lanzhou,Shijiazhuang,Zhengzhou,Taiyuan,Jinan,Changchun,Haikou,Changsha,Nanchang,Hefei,Kunming,HarbinAccording to the classification of the productivity value of leisure construction in 24 sample cities and the urban leisure level,we can find that the overall production efficiency of sample urban leisure construction is generally low,and the production efficiency of leisure construction is not necessarily related to economic development;The levels of leisure in the sample cities are generally not high;Regardless of the efficiency of urban leisure construction or the overall level of urban leisure,Shanghai is at the forefront of 24 sample cities and has the ability to develop into a leisure city in the short term.Urban leisure construction efficiency in the second type of cities is generally Upper middle.And it is hopeful to achieve the leisure level of the first type of cities,especially Beijing,Chongqing,Wuhan,and Chengdu;Fuzhou is in the first class of urban leisure development,but the efficiency of leisure construction in 2014 is low,and should pay more attention to urban leisure construction;Hangzhou and Shenzhen are in the level of urban leisure development of the first category,but now according to the urban leisure construction efficiency point of view,in urban leisure construction,Hangzhou has a stronger momentum of development than Shenzhen.Most of the sample cities are provincial capitals and economically developed cities in China.To some extent,they can be considered as having a high level of leisure construction in the entire province.Therefore,it is clear that the overall urban leisure system still has a large space for development. |
