In the post-crisis era,China has taken various measures to boost the economic growth. At the same time, mass of emerging business models emerge in the current phase of economic transition in china. With Internet technology, these economic activitis meet the demand of massive, discrete consumers and mining the value of shared resources, have be named as sharing economy or shared economy.Different from Weitzman's "the share economy",the new sharing economy involves more extensive subjects and shows great potential for sustainable development.Based on the perspective of "Internet+" and "the Belt and Road",an empirical analysis of the new sharing economy in China and abroad is made.First of all, starting from the origin of the theory of sharing economy, this dissertation reviews the formation and development of the traditional sharing economy, and summarizes the theory, characteristics and practice of the new sharing/shared economy with the new connotation of the times.Under the background of the "Internet+","the mass of innovation and entrepreneurship" and "the Belt and Road" in China, the dissertation summarizes the practice cases of new sharing economy, and selects the Internet financial management, crowdfunding and "the Belt and Road' national knowledge sharing " for positive analysis. Then, the dissertation offers two typical models for the analysis of the new sharing economy in China.Taking the Internet financial management as the typical model of superior resource sharing between enterprises, the dissertation extends the general Bass model with evolutionary game theory, for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the different influence in market decision-making.At the same time, taking the crowdfunding as the typical model of the representative case which has combined multiple concepts of new sharing economy,"Internet+",and "the mass of innovation and entrepreneurship",the dissertation offers multilevel analysis of the new sharing economic activities between individuals.Based on the econometrics, evolutionary game theory and computer simulation technology, the dissertation also makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the market, group cases and behavioral decision-making of crowdfunding. Moreover,in order to explore the potential of the new sharing economy among nations, the dissertation takes the empirical evidence of commodity exports under Standard International Trade Classification into account for the analysis of "The Belt and Road" national trade(2001-2015)under the framework of competition and complementarity. After that,a numerical simulation of the knowledge sharing in the competitive industry between the related countries shows the potential influence of the mutual benefit and win-win result in "the Belt and Road'.At last, major conclusions and suggestions are summarized from three aspects, which represent the analysis result in different relations between different sharing levels and objects. In the analysis of the competitive resources sharing between enterprises, the conclusions include:the demand diffusion is significant in the mode of "Internet+";sharing the resources of distribution occupies dominant position in the relations;market competition reveals the need for the resources in the new sharing economy. In the analysis of the surplus resources sharing among individuals, the result shows that:the rationality of the participants needs to be improved;four crowdfunding relations announce different projects should focus on different factors, the number of participants and projects is not as good as possible which means moderate competition helps to make sustainable development. In the analysis of the knowledge sharing from competitive industry among "The Belt and Road" related countries, the result shows that:in the long run,"The Belt and Road" may be more conducive to trade growth of small export countries;no one is in absolute dominance as the related countries' relationship of trade competition and complementarity is complex;the impact of knowledge sharing on the export has a difference in different competitive level.Similarly, the suggestions to new sharing economy participants are offered alone with three modes.Recommendations for the implementation and implementation of the "Internet +" policy include:both the exploiter and the competitor should pay attention to the macro factors under the "new normal";due to the changes in competitive relationships and purchasing decision-making factors, competitors should increase market share through continuous channel building, good communication, meticulous and channel promotion; If innovative companies can lead in the channel, will be able to attract a large number of customers in the short term, but in the long-term competition, only long-term investment income products can be fully attracted profitability customers;if innovative companies have the advantage in the channel,it will be able to attract a large number of customers in the short term, but in the long-term competition, only long-term investment income products can be fully attracted profitability customers.Suggestions for innovative and entrepreneurial ideas for new economic concepts include:building a market transparency mechanism with higher transparency;cultivate social consensus of rational participation in the new sharing economy, innovation and entrepreneurship;distinguish the difference between different industries, different levels of competition in innovative business activities;build a complete credit and intermediary service system. The proposal to participate in "the Belt and Road" international capacity cooperation includes:give priority to political and cultural mutual trust;develop typical trade rules and production cooperation as a widely promoted framework;take the human resources, industry and supply chain account into the long term strategic plan.
