The Strategy Of Economic Interaction Between China And Kyrgyzstan Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

The "one belt and one road" development initiative put forward by the Chinese government since 2013 has promote,on a progressive way,the construction of the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" along "the maritime Silk Road of the twenty-first Century".At the same time,China fully embodies the spirit of great powers and promotes multilateral development.Kyrgyzstan has been a country along the ancient Silk Road since ancient times,and China and Kyrgyzstan have had close diplomatic relations for nearly 30 years.During this period,the two sides continued to deepen their political trust and support each other’s concerns and core interests.Efforts will be made to promote economic development and cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.In view of the relatively large international affairs,China and Kyrgyzstan have maintained close communication and cooperation.After China and Kyrgyzstan signed the "Belt and Road" initiative in 2018,the development of trade,investment and mutual assistance between the two sides has been further promoted.But the further integration of China and Kyrgyzstan economy depends on the correct strategy,only the correct strategy can produce good strategic implementation effect.What kind of concrete operation strategy is adopted to realize the "Belt and Road" Initiative goal signed by China and Kyrgyzstan efficiently is an important subject that needs our attention and research.Based on this research purpose,this paper is devoted to studying the concrete implementation strategy of "Belt and Road" Initiative between China and Kyrgyzstan under the cooperation of existing infrastructure construction projects.It is under the background of "Belt and Road" that this paper studies the economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan,and through the selection and optimization of strategies,in order to better implement the "Belt and Road" Initiative.The so-called economic interaction strategy is simply to strengthen the economic ties of the countries along the "Belt and Road" in the international regional economic cooperation,and to enhance their interaction in trade and investment,technology exchange,cultural exchanges and so on.Based on the literature research on the relationship between China and Kyrgyzstan by experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper adopts the empirical research method to analyze the various exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan through the "Belt and Road" Initiative.In order to find out the two countries long-term development of important strategies.Through the research of this paper,it can provide some strategic reference for the economic interaction development of China and Kyrgyzstan,promote the deepening of economic exchanges between the two countries,and further strengthen the cooperation and exchange in other fields.The core content of this paper is the tactics of economic interaction,which needs a set of special quantitative methods.Through collecting relevant research data and experimental data at home and abroad,the input-output method is chosen to establish its economic interaction model.Simply speaking,the input-output method is based on the mathematical matrix structure to reflect the relationship between economic subjects,so as to put forward the corresponding policy guidelines.By using this method,the interaction mechanism between the two sides can be analyzed through the expression of its coefficients.Under the background of "one belt and one road",we study the economic interaction tactics between China and Kyrgyzstan,analyze the economic interaction between the two countries,establish models,analyze specific economic interaction strategies and related support policies.This article is centered on these issues.The overall thinking and the specific contents of each chapter are as follows:The general idea of this paper is to first analyze the current situation of regional economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan,and carry out empirical analysis,establish a specific economic interaction model,and empirically analyze the economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan.Based on this,this paper analyzes the regional economic interaction model between China and Kyrgyzstan under the background of "Belt and Road ",and finds out the factors that affect the economic and trade between the two sides.Finally,this paper puts forward the support policy of regional economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan,and analyzes the development trend of economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan under the background of "Belt and Road" in the future.This paper consists of seven chapters,which are as follows:The first chapter,based on the current research background,methods and research significance,combined with the relevant theories,in-depth analysis and summary,summed up the innovation of this paper,analysis of the current situation of literature research at home and abroad,literature review.Combing the theoretical knowledge and related literature used in this paper,in order to be applied in the later research.The second chapter is the present situation and evaluation of the regional economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan,comprehensively analyzes the regional economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan,empirically analyzes the regional economic cooperation between the two countries,and finds out the factors that affect the trade between the two countries.And in-depth analysis of the economic interaction facing a variety of challenges.In the third chapter,under the environment of "Belt and Road ",the economic interaction model is designed based on the input-output model,and the relevant data of trade between China and most countries along the " Belt and Road " are used at the present stage.The economic interaction parameters of the model are calculated.The fourth chapter analyzes the regional economic interaction strategy of China and Kyrgyzstan according to the economic interaction model between China and Kyrgyzstan,and analyzes the industrial interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan according to the economic interaction model between China and Kyrgyzstan.The fifth chapter analyses the policy support needed by China and Kyrgyzstan to realize the economic interaction tactics,elaborates China’s national support policy,local support policy and enterprise support policy,and implements the economic interaction tactics between China and Kyrgyzstan.The sixth chapter focus on the countermeasures and suggestions placed to promote the development of China’s economic and trade cooperation with Kyrgyzstan,giving full play to its geographic advantages,energy advantages and industrial complementary advantages,speeding up the process of economic cooperation between the two sides,and at the same time,with the help of existing regional policies,removing obstacles to trade and investment,enhancing the comprehensive national strength of both sides,building a good international image and relying on existing silk.Road economic belt construction and development and bilateral relations.The seventh chapter summarizes the whole article and looks forward to the future development trend of China and Kyrgyzstan’s economic interaction tactics under the background of "one belt and one road".First,under the background of "Belt and Road ",the interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan is studied.This paper establishes an empirical model of input-output analysis to analyze the economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan.At present,there are many literature on "Belt and Road" strategy research,but the research content is more about culture,tourism and so on,and the research on countries along the "Belt and Road" such as Russia,Uzbekistan,Kazakhstan,India,Turkey is the majority,and there is little literature on the economic interaction between Kyrgyzstan and China.Based on the analysis of input-output model,this paper holds that strengthening infrastructure construction and further optimizing the traffic and transportation conditions of both sides can promote the economic interaction between the two sides by preventing the two sides from being closed because of traffic reasons.Through regional economic integration,its economic resources allocation is optimal and the effect of economic interaction between countries is improved.This study provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of economic interaction strategies in China and Kyrgyzstan under the background of Belt and Road.Second,the choice of economic strategy of China and Kyrgyzstan under the background of Belt and Road.By analyzing the challenges that may arise in the close economic interaction between China and Kyrgyzstan,the author puts forward some countermeasures.Through these economic strategies,China and Kyrgyzstan can find a more ideal way under the background of "Belt and Road" Initiative.At the same time can also mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in project construction.The shortcomings of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper chooses to analyze the economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan,which is limited by the number of documents and may not be comprehensive in data search.Under the bachground of the "one belt and one road" the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan for nearly thirty years becomes a relatively single study,which can not fully represent the economic interaction strategies and enhanced development between China and other countries.Second,this paper tries to analyze the economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan from the perspective of economics.Because this article is academic research and does not adulterate political factors,there is no political factor in the model of economic interaction input established in this paper.However,political factors have an important impact on the economic interaction strategy between China and Kyrgyzstan.Especially,today’s international relations are complex and changeable,which makes the relationship between countries complicated.This needs further analysis in the future research.
