Since 1999,new tourism improvement policies have been introduced,which has aggravated the Red Sea competition in various tourist destinations in Taiwan.Therefore,to ensure the sustainable development of tourism destination,it is necessary to take effective measures to enhance the competitiveness of tourism destination,which makes the analysis and evaluation of tourism destination competitiveness of the key influencing factors is relatively important,it can clearly target the competitiveness of the destination And allocate specific guidelines for the effective allocation of resources.In addition,in the process of evaluation of tourism destination competitiveness,there will inevitably be the problem of ambiguity and subjectivity,which leads to the evaluation of tourism destination competitiveness becomes a typical information ambiguity and group decision-making subjectivity problem.However,most of the tourism destination competitiveness evaluation method to quantitative way,the shortcomings of the respondents can not be modified subjective ideas.Based on the previous classical evaluation model,this study adopts four methods of(Fuzzy Hybrid Multiple Criteria Decision-Making,FHMCDM),integration of 38 experts and scholars to assess the views of information is not complete and subjective problems,and the model hierarchy are causal relationship,reliability and validity,convergence and consistency,and the objective information of the evaluation index under the influence of 22 cities in 2011-2015,the objective evaluation of the competitiveness of the tourist destinations of the cities in Taiwan and the structural/The average weighted value of the evaluation index.Based on the analysis results of spatial autocorrelation and FHMCDM,the cluster relationship of each cities in Taiwan area is obtained,and the key influencing factors and optimization strategies of each cluster and cities are obtained And enhance the path,as the Taiwan region cities the future development of tourism reference.This study draws the following conclusions from the empirical results:Environmental facets as the key,the causal relationship between the greater the weight,the stronger the bargaining power.According to the interaction between the causal relationship and the influence of each facet,the change of the destination of the tourist destination must be changed with the environment.The counties and cities in the Taiwan region still belong to the seller's market,and the tourist destination supplier can influence the policy changes of the tourism management authorities,And the policy of the tourism administration authorities will affect the willingness of the passengers to choose whether to travel to the tourist destination.Taiwan's comprehensive metropolitan city is the leading group in TDC.The study is the first large-scale and in-depth study of the tourism destination competitiveness ranking of Taiwan 22 cities.The top six special municipal cities in Taiwan region are Taipei,Tainan,Kaohsiung,Taichung,Xinbei and Taoyuan.From the county(city)to the group point of view,refined the three key factors in Taiwan.The overall concise of the three key influencing factors:supply cluster and demand cluster in Taiwan region are tourism safety/security(C14 torism crime rate),tourism basic resources(C31 tourism employees)and passenger convenience(C41 passenger service center).Taiwan tourism management authorities need to pay special attention to these three key factors,and a limited amount of tourism resources to give a lot of betting.Profoundly reveal the orderly multi-factor linkage of tourism development path model.According to the summary of the empirical results,it is found that the various groups(counties(cities))/clusters in the Taiwan region will start by using the orderly multi-factor linkage tourism development path model,which will influence the factors and the most influential factors.Limited tourism resources to do the efficient distribution and use,and there must be a certain path to follow,can be used as the future of the Taiwan region(county(city))/cluster resource allocation and tourism development priority path of reference.Resource sharing and complementarity strategy is the most effective strategy model for overall tourism development in Taiwan.Developing the Strategic Model of Future Tourism Development through the Tourism Development Model.To sum up,the future tourism development strategy model in Taiwan,one is the resource sharing strategy model,the second is the complementary strategy model,which will diversify the development of tourism in Taiwan to inject new thinking to enhance the Taiwan region counties(cities)tourism Destination competitiveness.Based on the above study,the innovation section of this study is described as follows:1.Innovation on the perspective:This study takes the cities in Taiwan as the research targets and analyzes the realities of the cities and the clusters through the analysis of the FHMCDM in the 2011-2015 data of the cities Key factors,and through the concept of cluster,the integration of complementary resources,to provide Taiwan cities tourism strategy planning and practice of reference.2.Innovation in content:In this research,the depth of the study(from the point of view(from the group(the county(city))to the group level),the Taiwan region counties(cities)for the research content and the original originality(from many influencing factors To find a real key factor,the implementation of multi-factor context and the development of future tourism competition strategy),and the application of mixed fuzzy evaluation method,so that the evaluation model more scientific and rigorous analysis.
