As an important part of the national economy,the real estate industry has played an active role in improving people's living standards,improving industrial structure,expanding employment and promoting urbanization.However,the real estate industry is a very regional industry,and its development is obviously regional,and the development level of real estate in different areas is very different.the real estate industry in the underdeveloped cities,the real estate industry is clearly not enough to satisfy the needs of local economic and social development.Therefore,the real estate industry management department and the department of land development and real estate enterprise only in the full understanding and correct understanding of local real estate industry on the basis of the status and development level,find out the key factors influencing the level of local real estate industry development,it can be more effective to develop the real estate industry and make some effective development strategy,and take various effective measures to adjust guide correctly the real estate industry sustainable development.Taking liaoning province as an example,through the analysis of the influencing factors of real estate industry development in liaoning province,using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,selecting the evaluation index of real estate industry level of development,building a measure of the real estate industry comprehensive development level of index system,clear the dynamic changes of the calendar year of real estate industry development in our province,and through the liaoning province and other relevant data of 30 provinces and cities of the country's statistics and analysis,the comprehensive appraisal aim at the level of the real estate industry development in liaoning province,at the same time calculate each province real estate industry development factor score and ranking.On this basis,we analyzed the development level gap of the real estate industry in our province,it as a key factor to improve the development level of the real estate industry.The real estate industry development level evaluation result in liaoning province shows that,although the real estate industry in LiaoNing province has made considerable progress,but still at a relatively low level,also has a certain gap with more developed regions such as Beijing,and the gap has a tendency to increase.
