This study is anticipated to help Chinese Multinational Companies in Pakistan in order to understand the different cultural and language characteristics which can hinder the communication process.Because according to previous studies many multinational companies overlook the impact of culture and language factors while sharing/transferring of knowledge.In information based,dynamic and focused economy,knowledge is a fundamental authoritative asset because of which businesses and organizations gain a manageable upper hand.For any organization to achieve success and gain upper hand the communication and correspondence among their employees plays a vital role.As highlighted in previous studies that hindrance facing multinational organizations regarding communication,the biggest are considered to be cultural and language factors.The focus of this investigation is to determine the organizational culture and language characteristics and to find out which characteristics influence the knowledge transferring process inside the organization.However,this study focuses on most important characteristics regarding organization culture and language.The increase in the performance of an organization depends upon the capacity to exchange knowledge from one unit to another inside the organization.To investigate the execution of Knowledge Transfer in the business organizations,the author of this study also mention three main questions that include:(1)How quick Knowledge Transfer occurs?(2)The precision of Knowledge Transfer?(3)The consistency of the Knowledge?The author also shed some lights on the importance of One Belt-One Road and to examine the brief history of Pakistan and to build up geological,cultural,social and demographic trends.To understand the meaning of Economic corridor and to explore the benefits,and projection of China Pakistan Economic Corridor.Furthermore,assessing the position of CPEC in context of"string of pearl strategy"-and how much it is significant for china?In order to manage a flexible knowledge management system,a survey was conducted in Pakistan and about 33 multinational companies participated in this study,the required data was collected from 400 employees.The information collected is examined quantitatively with the help of SPSS and AMOS software.The finding of the study indicated that 12 hypotheses of the study are accepted and other remaining 7 are rejected due to high significance value.There are several obstacles which actually make the transfer or share of knowledge tough,however,eventually;it is a matter of forming suitable situations so that individuals want to contribute what they actually know towards a teammate,to the society,or to the company.Managers and policy makers can play an essential role through being known of what actually drives the actions or behaviors of the individuals.The researcher of the present study thinks that in any Multinational company' s obstacles or barriers can occur during communication and the senior management in the organization could assist the company to avoid those barriers in the future in order to maximize their effectiveness and to get more revenues.The researcher of the present study recommends company solutions on how to over-come these obstacles or barriers and these solutions could be extremely helpful and beneficial for the organization.
