has begun to grow,and it has also experienced a barbaric expansion and market reshuffle,and finally it embraced rational growth in a stable pace.Our national online video industry has grown out of nothing in scale and industrial regulations,our industrial chains have improved consistently,and our layout has become more diversified.Online video industry,as a periphery sector born at the border of industry convergence,its development is deeply impacted by convergence factors.Digital convergence has made the information product attributes of broadcasting and TV,publication and telecommunications similar with one another.The born of the Internet has provided a general network platform for the spreading of information,with multi-industrial powers developing their respective online video businesses on the Internet together.At the same time,the advancing of the convergence of 3 networks enables that broadcasting and TV network,telecommunication network and the Internet upgrade themselves through technologies.They become similar in technology standards,connected with one another on the network on their businesses.A diversified video spreading terminal comes into being.The spreading of the convergence also brings the digitization and networking of entertainment,culture,education and other sectors to the trend of the information industry melting pot.Faced with
