A person cannot survive in the society,and where a country declines if there is a loss of faith.On the premise of qualitative change in the social environment and public opinion environment,the generation and maintenance of credibility is the source and nutrition that makes education influential.How to appropriately understand and cast the credibility of education becomes a major issue that we have to confront.Ideological and political education,as the lifeline of all educational work,is to impact people's minds positively.In the education process,it's only trust can make communication,and only communication resulting in understanding,and understanding leading to influence,so that the ideology can be passed on.Therefore,the credibility of the ideological and political education is what it should be,and which is the reason for existing.Introducing and analyzing credibility in the ideological and political education is to discover its efficiency and functional theory.To carry out this research is also an audible response to the current inefficient predicament.Through comprehensively applying relevant theories and knowledge from different disciplines,the research makes a preliminarily theoretical response to the issue of credibility of college students' ideological and political education based on the methods of qualitative research,systematic analysis and theoretical practice.The introductory part mainly elaborates the reason and value of selecting the topic,the research status,the research ideas etc.On February 27,2017,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued Proposals on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges in the New Situation,and put forward the general requirement that the ideological and political education work for college students should be "strengthened in improvement".The general requirement makes the cultivation and development of the credibility of university students' ideological and political education a necessity and an urgent task under the circumstances.In view of the research status and prospect of college students' ideological and political education,this paper intricates the research fields that the research needs to break through.Chapter 1 focuses on the definition of the credibility of college students' ideological and political education.The definition of the credibility of the ideological and political education of college students is the logical premise to research it inside and find its operating mechanism.The paper starts from analyzing and interpreting the meaning of credibility,and basically outlines the relational model of the containing concepts.Credibility is taking the substantive "public" as the starting point to the subjectivity of the "faith" as the core,with the object of "force" to drive,and finally return to highlight the spiritual quality and shape such a dimension of dialectical unity of conceptual logic.Furthermore,the paper defines the basic connotation and attribute characteristics of the credibility,and puts forward three dimensions to understand,such as trust,influence and publicity.Chapter 2 concentrates on trust,which is the basic elementof the credibility of college students' ideological and political education.Trust contains two meanings,or it has two questions to answer.Is it trustworthy? Which degree of trust the subject gives if it is credible.This chapter firstly analyzes the concepts and characteristics of trust degree and other related concepts,and classifies the degree of trust according to the type of the subject and the dimension of trust.Then,the chapter explains three aspects of ideological and political education trust structure from the perspectives of "subjects and objects,types and ways”.Finally,it discusses the logical evolution of college students' ideological and political education from the points of "truth","goodness" and "beauty" and the trustworthiness of ideological and political education.Chapter 3 emphasizes on influence,which is the value pursuit of the credibility of college students' ideological and political education.Influence is also an important dimension of credibility research.Influence focuses on the role of ideological and political education through influencing the depth and direction of "power”.Meanwhile,it also reflects credibility.This chapter gives a detailed explanation of the influence of ideological and political education on college students from the perspective of the interactive relationship.It lists three obvious characteristics of the influence,such as goal-orientation,process control,complexity of factors and non-quantitative results.From the subjective dimension,mediator dimension and annulus dimension,this chapter finally analyzes the factors of influence and systematically reveals its intrinsic mechanism of action and function.Chapter 4 analyzes on publicity,which is the key element of credibility in ideological and political education.Ideological and political education is a discipline related to social science,whose publicity is a modern quality under its subjective dimension.Both of them are concerned with the development of human beings at the theoretical value level and indicate the essential requirements of ideological and political education."Publicity" has its rich academic resources and disciplinary basis.Based on this,the publicity has profound theoretical origins.This chapter discusses in depth the core essentials of the publicity of college students' ideological and political education in three dimensions of "concept and connotation," "origin and resources”,and "value and form".Chapter 5 discusses the promotion path of the credibility of college students' ideological and political education.This chapter puts forward several solutions of credibility forming from the perspectives of trust,influence and publicity,based on the research methods of combining theory with practice.Under the view of "trust",we should emphasize the pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty.In the perspective of "influence",students are the most important factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to give full play to the subjective role of college students.Under the perspective of "publicity",the leading and mainstream ideology should be taken as the guidance,and the personality quality of “public people" shaped as the directional construction of the credibility.
