With the progress of Internet technology and the improvement of social demands, social networks have become a gathering place for information sharing and expression of opinions and emotional exchanges, which have brought new changes to information dissemination while enhancing users’ feelings of use and diversifying communication. This paper introduces social network analysis and multi-subject simulation methods to analyze the formation, propagation and evolution rules of social network public opinion, and quantitatively constructs an information propagation model of network public opinion to provide scientific basis for guiding network public opinion. This paper integrates the current development status and theoretical concepts of online public opinion, social network analysis and online public opinion modeling and simulation, and summarizes the concepts and characteristics of online public opinion.Second, taking the "Tangshan barbecue restaurant beating case",a hot event in 2022,as an example, the data source is Sina Weibo, and the data related to the participants in the network public opinion are collected and filtered. The results of the study show that the "Tangshan" public opinion is the most important one.The research results show that the "Tangshan barbecue restaurant beating incident" presents a decentralized network of public opinion dissemination, and the network dissemination pattern at each stage is very different, and the evolution trend of public opinion on the Internet shows stage characteristics. The period of public opinion emergence shows obvious decentralization characteristics, the period of outbreak shows obvious clustering characteristics,as users interact frequently and different opinions are gathered together, and the period of decline starts to show the trend of network decomposition as many ordinary users no longer participate in public opinion dissemination, and the popularity, credibility and authority are related to the information and control advantages of network participants in the process of public opinion dissemination. At the same time,it also truly reflects the network topological structure characteristics of the evolution of online public opinion.Based on this, the dynamic evolution process of group social network public opinion is studied by introducing a multi-subject simulation model with the improved SEIR model as the basic framework.Experimental analysis of the influencing factors of the model was conducted by Netlogo software, and the simulation experiment found that "total number of participants","number of information sources" and"public activeness "can guide the dissemination of online public opinion information. An increase in the proportion of "total number of participants" in online public opinion leads to a corresponding increase in the heat and time of online public opinion spreading;"number of information sources" has a driving effect on online public opinion spreading, and a decrease in "public activeness" can effectively slow down the spreading of public opinion."can effectively slow down the trend of public opinion dissemination. This indicates that it is feasible to prevent and control the information dissemination in the dissemination of mass online public opinion. Finally, based on the simulation results, corresponding suggestions for public opinion regulation are proposed to provide references and guidelines for social networks to guide the development of healthy public opinion information. |
