With the progress and development of the society,the sport has swept the world.China also set off a climax of the movement for the whole people.The current Chinese society,the enthusiasm of the people involved in sports is increasingly high,sports in the realization of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream and the role of building a well-off society in an all-round way to further show.Especially in the 13th Five-Year period,party and the country in 2016 have paid more attention to the sports,providing more powerful and important opportunities for the prosperity and development of sports.In such a strong social background,the development of sports in colleges and universities has been highly valued by the Chinese government and the academic community.Therefore,the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities will inevitably become the focus of attention of the current scholars.As an important base of science and technology universities as our training technical personnel,due to historical reasons,the assessment mechanism to professional ability oriented long enough to pay attention to the mental health of college students,showing nearly 20 years of sustained adolescent physical decline trend.However,the cultivation of physical and mental health of college students is the inevitable requirement of social development,but also the main responsibilities of the universities.To reverse the current situation,in the final analysis cannot be separated from high-quality physical education teachers.The situation of the construction of the physical education teachers in colleges and universities depends on the management level of colleges and universities.How to improve the management work,and improve the efficiency of physical education teachers,is the problem that the university administrators cannot avoid.The management of college physical education teacher is a complex system management process,which involves the administrative management of different levels,different areas,and different departments.With the change of management environment and management object of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,the management methods,contents and methods of administrative management in colleges and universities have been put forward.To change the traditional management mode of college physical education teachers have been "marginalized"and "hollow" of the situation.In the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,it is an urgent need to further strengthen the management theory and practice of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.To this end,we must conduct a rational reflection,identify problems and break through point,and then optimize the training of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and constantly improve the effectiveness of management.This research is of the academic value and application value.This research adopts the methods of case analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and literature,and so on,based on the theory of human resource management.The current situation of the management of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities is analyzed as a logical starting point.Based on the "Harvard model",the theoretical analysis framework for the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is constructed.The structure,the evaluation mechanism and the motivation mechanism of the physical education teachers in colleges and universities were mainly explored.This analytical framework for the present study identifies the boundaries of this study and the main points of this observation.Firstly,the conceptssuch as physical education teachers,college and university of.science and technology,the physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities are defined.Then the development course of the physical education teachers were sort out for the analysis of the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.Through the questionnaire,interviews and case material collection,empirical research and other means,some first-hand information,and the research data were obtained for extracting the main problems and the cause of these problems of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.Finally,the main influencing factors of the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities can be found out.The improvement of the management of sports teachers in colleges and universities is put forward in view of the influencing factors.Having been analyzed,it is found that the management of physical education teachers in colleges and universities has the following outstanding problems:the structure of physical education teachers is imbalance,mainly in the total lack of teacher and high level talents.weak research ability,and the teachers' professional advantage cannot be expressed;individual cognition of physical education teachers is different;the evaluation mechanism of physical education teachers is not perfect;physical education teachers' incentive mechanism is not perfect;the leaders of the universities of science and technology pay more attention to the to the introduction of physical education teachers,which influences the overall development of physical education teachers and so on.In view of the above problems,the use of case analysis method to analyze,it will be found that the cause of sports teachers team management problems mainly include the following aspects:First of all,the imbalance of the structure of the physical education teachers occurs because of the decision-making of leaders;Secondly,physical education teachers' evaluation and evaluation mechanism is not scientificdue to the position of the functional departments is not accurate;Again,the incentive mechanism of physical education teacher's is not perfect because the University Physical Education Department's development strategy goal is divorced from the reality.In order to verify the authenticity of the research data,this study also conducted a case study of thePhysical Education Department of Y University.Through the investigation and analysis of the teacher status of Y University and the development and management system of Physical Education Department of Y University,the construction of PE teachers in Y University has not made full use of the existing resources.There is also a structural imbalance and the management system is not perfect and separated from the physical education teachers in the actual assessment of the evaluation mechanism.Finally,this research puts forward the management countermeasures to the specific problems of the three functional units of the decision-making department,the university function department and the University Physical Education Department.The first is to fully tap the resources of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities;Secondly,the scientific allocation of physical education teacher resources structure;Thirdly,the development of physical education teacher evaluation system needs to be scientifically produced;Fourthly,the effective use of incentive mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of physical education teachers needs to be made.The above research focuses on the innovation of this study.In brief,this thesis actually described and theoretically analyzed the PE teachers in theuniversities of science and technology for disclosing the existing problems in the management of these physical education teachers.Through analyzing the reasons of the management of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities,this thesis tried to find the crux of the problem,and then put forward the management countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the management of PE teachers in colleges and universities.Furthermore,the work efficiency of these teachers and the quality of personnel training for these teachers will be improved too.
