The Students’ Entering In Volunteer Service’s Problem And Strategy Research Of Wuhan University Of Science And Technology

The party’s eighteenth national people’s congress has emphasized on "extensivevolunteer service". College student’s volunteer service as the pioneer of China’svolunteer service development, has experienced from sprouting to developing process,its carrying a lot of responsibility and mission. The practice proved that, thedevelopment of college student’s volunteer service career is a noble mission. Based onthe development of university volunteerism in Wuhan, the study discusses the issuesthat students volunteer encountered in the development process, and then put forward acomprehensive development of college students volunteering countermeasures. Thispaper mainly discussed from the following aspects:The first part, introduction. It mainly introduces the research background,theoretical, practical significance and research status of this topic--the developingproblem and strategy research of Wust.The second part, mainly described the volunteer service concept of the relatedinterpretation of college students volunteer service, and do the relevant description. Thispart mainly explains the definition, types and characteristics of voluntary service. Andit also made the related description of the college students volunteer organizationcharacteristics and social functions.The third part, the author has done a survey analysis about the status of volunteerservice in Wust, making the specific analysis of the existing problems of developmentof Wust. The first is the analysis of college volunteers for the existing problems;secondly analyzes the problems of the voluntary organizations; finally, analyzes theexisting problems of the serving targets.The fourth part, is mainly about the research on the development strategy of Wust,puts forward some countermeasures for the development of university volunteer service.First, strengthening the ability of the volunteer; Second, establishing and improvinglong-term college students volunteer organization operating mechanism. Third,Correctly handling the relationship between student volunteers and volunteer servicetargets.
