As the highest level education in China,higher education institutions not only bear the responsibility of teaching and educating people,but also the backbone of promoting social progress,helping the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and realizing the Chinese dream at an early date.Colleges and universities are the concentrated places for faculty and students to work,study and research.The study of sports interventions for teachers and students based on colleges and universities is not only to help teachers and students to establish good exercise habits,but also to improve their health.It is also an inevitable trend of healthy China..This study used methods such as literature data,mathematical statistics,empirical research,and questionnaires.A total of 1040 students of Grade B undergraduate students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(unqualified students)were selected as subjects of student intervention.60 faculty members were recruited as random interventions by random enrollment and random selection.Among them,students: 849 male students accounted for 81.63%,female students 191 accounted for 18.37%;a total of28 faculties,accounting for 62.22% of the 45 departments of the school,8 Chinese Academy of Sciences,4 There are 16 engineering and engineering departments.In terms of faculty and staff: 20 male faculty members,accounting for 33.33%;40 female faculty members,accounting for 66.67%,the sample covers some departments and functional departments.Through questionnaires and exercise interventions,we try to find out the factors that affect the physical health and exercise habits of teachers and students,so as to improve the teacher-student health interventions for colleges and universities through sports intervention.Through the research results,we can conclude that(1)the health of teachers and students in our school community is not optimistic: the total number of unqualified students in the 2017 undergraduate students is 1,040,accounting for 14.86% of the number of freshmen in the same year,and the students fail to reach 82.42%.The unqualified rate of standing long jump is 71.70%.The students' muscle strength and explosiveness are generally poor.The proportion of unqualified body mass index is over60.99%,most of which are high fat content and overweight.In terms of faculty and staff,through the examination of the physical examination report and body composition test results of 60 faculty and staff,it was found that 50 faculty and staff had different degrees of physical illness,accounting for 83.34%.Among them,male faculty and staff mainly focused on the body mass index exceeding the standard.Symptoms such as fatty liver;female faculty and staff have breast hyperplasia,fatty liver performance,body fat percentage is also high,overweight phenomenon is obvious,and waist-to-hip ratio is high risk state;(2)exercise intervention to improve the division Health has a significant effect:after two hours of exercise intervention in the physical education class after two hours of semester,the overall intervention is better,at least once a week after two hours of physical education.After the exercise intervention,the overall intervention effect was better.Except for the untested students,the number of students with a qualified score of 939 or above was 939,and the number of students who failed the physical test(including unqualified,missing,untested students)was only 101.There are also 90 human body test scores achieved good,indicating that the effect of exercise intervention is obvious.(3)The effect of exercise intervention is differentiated by different items: after the end of the exercise intervention cycle,the body function(spirometry)is enhanced,and the cardiopulmonary function is very effective through exercise intervention.Because of the non-targeted flexibility intervention,after exercise intervention,The faculty and staff have not improved in terms of balance quality.This study combines the results of hospital physical examination with the monitoring and analysis of physical education,and carries out targeted exercise interventions.The effect of exercise intervention is expected to be expected.It can provide some help for the future research on college sports intervention.At the same time,this study also has some shortcomings.There is no complete guarantee for the control of employee's exercise intervention intensity.How to make the exercise intervention process more scientific and effective,how to properly control the exercise intensity is also my follow-up will continue to improve.
