Academic Integrity is the common focus of global academia and public attention.With the rapid development of science and technology,worldwide academic exchanges are becoming more frequent.Thus,the world has recognized the great harm that academic anomie dose to technological innovation,talent development and academic atmosphere.As a result,they are taking measures to strengthen the education of academic moral norm and maintain academic integrity.Graduate students,the main source of high-level talents,have been the vital force of the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.Since reform and opening up,the graduate education in China has provided the society with a large number of high-level talents,who not only have excellent moral and academic skills,but also the courage to innovate.However,academic misconducts still in existence to different extents among graduates,adversely affecting the graduate education and improvement of innovation ability.This behavior has also caused bad influence in society and aroused extensive concern of education authorities,universities,media and the public.Therefore,the emphasis of academic moral norm education and the province of academic misconduct allows of no delay.Based on content above,this paper focuses on the research of graduate academic moral norm,and is divided into 6 parts.The first part is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper,overseas and domestic research status,the research ideas and research methods,and so on.This part also defines the related concepts and relationships.The second part is about the practical process of graduate academic moral norm education in China.This chapter sorts out the the practical process of graduate academic moral norm education in China from two dimensions:the overall progress and the practice of individual colleges and universities.The first dimension is based on the history development,idea changes,graduate cultivation system reform and other macro background of graduate education development in China.It examines academic moral norm education according to the whole process and stage characteristics of graduate education development.The second dimension examines academic moral norm education of colleges and universities from the perspective of the whole situation of academic moral norm construction in China.Consequently,the practical process of graduate academic moral norm education can be better understand.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the academic ethics of graduate students.In order to further find out the status of postgraduates’ academic behavior and master the first-hand information of academic morality education,the author conducts a questionnaire survey for the graduate students of seven colleges and universities in Wuhan.The author made data analysis about the cognition and compliance of postgraduates’ academic ethics,the causes of postgraduates’ academic anomie,the expectation of postgraduates’ academic ethics education,and so on.The fourth part is about the foreign graduate academic moral norm education.This chapter sorts out the effective measures of academic ethics education in developed countries such as Europe and the United States,which can be divided into four parts:national level of attention,student-oriented and advocate self-discipline,strengthening education and focusing on prevention,focusing on execution and severe punishment.This experience can enlighten graduate academic moral norm education in our country.The fifth part is the basic principles and key contents of postgraduates’ academic ethics education.The basic principles include the combination of universality and particularity,the combination of centralized education and daily education,the combination of curriculum education and extracurricular education,the combination of self-discipline and other-discipline,the combination of punishment and humanistic care and the combination of norms and innovation.The Key points include:cultivating academic spirit,enhancing research ability and strengthening the sense of norms.The sixth part is the strengthen strategy of postgraduates’ academic ethics education.This chapter discusses how to promote the education of postgraduates’ academic ethics by three dimensions:basic support,joint construction and full education and stresses the need to promote comprehensive reform of graduate education,and vigorously improve the quality of graduate education for graduate students to provide a solid moral education.This paper explores the construction of the synergies from three aspects of organizational power,institutional strength and team strength.Through the preschool education,enrollment education,curriculum education,graduation education and network education,the academic ethics education is carried out through the whole process of postgraduate training.
